They charged more than the agreed upon amount. We got the unit with a half tank and returned it with a little more than a half tank. They then tried/are still trying to charge me for fuel. They do not speak English and have to call what we think may have been a family member to translate. This same person would call multiple times and give what felt like half baked reasons to keep charging us more. If you need a UHaul go to a legit dealer not this place.

Great service super nice and welcoming
allison pI arrived and the truck the app told me to find (confirmed with the number on the side) was in the parking lot so I went in to get the keys. The lady behind the counter said that I could not pick up my reservation because someone else had rented it they didn’t have the keys because someone was about to come get it. They then “received” the truck on their end and told me I could go find another truck to rent somewhere else. This is all after I had a “reservation guarantee”. Awful experience on a stressful moving day
Daniel WI was charged a a cleaning fee even though I swept the bed and cleaned the floor mats in the cab, which was not cleaned at all before my rental. It still had the previous renters gas receipt and U-haul contract paperwork in the cab.
