Not the locations fault but this truck needs some repairs. The damage is highly noticeable upon taking responsibility for it. The steering also seems to have slack and the steering wheel is not in proper alignment with the direction of travel. While the business was great, Beth is great, I’m not so sure I’m overly satisfied with being rented a truck so banged up and what I consider unsafe to be driving with that steering being awkward.

The location and people were nice but the truck and booking was a nightmare and I ended up paying more somehow
Cody WONE OF MY CHAINS DID END UP DRAGGING AND BROKE APART. I CALLED THE INSURANCE NUMBER TO SEE IF THEY WANTED TO HAVE SOMEONE COME AND PUT A NEW CHAIN ON BUT ALL I GOT WAS AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I USED TWIST TIES TO TIE TOGETHER. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THE $7. INSURANCE BECAUSE THAT SEEMED USELESS.
