No one walked me out to check the gas and check the car on pick up or return. The lady tried to give me a hard time about turning in the keys. She tried to charge me a whole day even though I was there, she accepted the keys.

Philip GIt was very strange to pull up to a check cashing place to drop off a U-haul rental truck and leave it in an unsecured location. The person in the store didn't even look at the vehicle or check anything, so left me wondering if unexpected charges might crop up later. Other than being in a bit out of the way location it was OK.
Karen MThe quote they gave me on the phone was seven dollars a day. Somehow the rate got changed to $14 a day. They charged me for two days at $14 each which equal $28, I only have the equipment less than 24 hours. My charge should’ve been seven dollars.

Terri NThe representative was unhelpful. She gave my reservation away without so much as a phone call then soon after leaving she called asking if I was coming to get my truck (that she had just said she gave away). Wasted my time and energy. The truck and pricing was nice though.
Theressa MThe back of the truck was dirty and I had to sweep it out before I could load up my stuff. On top of this the paper they gave me said it had 3/4 of a tank but when I got in the tank was empty. I had to putter up the street to put in gas, worrying I wasn’t going to make it. Pretty sure the gas was siphoned off since the cap was left off. To top it all of one of the tires was 40 psi under the recommended pressure.
Neal HVehicle wasn't checked...left tire had a low tire pressure light.. my contract showed the vehicle having 3/4 of gas ...it was only 1/4. The lady did correct it but I had to wait a extra 20min. A/C randomly didn't work for a few mins.

rosy oMore prompt road side assistance, the car still had trash from last person in the door side and it reeked of weed and cigarettes when I got in. There were burnt swishers under the seat and a hole from one on the driver seat. If I wasn’t in such a rush to move and get to where I was going I would have said something. On top of that then battery straight up died on me and I sat on the phone after submitting an online request for three hours trying to get through to someone from uhaul which put more time on my trip. AAA is what came out and saved me after waiting on them for TWO hours. When the AAA finally arrived uhaul called to apologize for the almost 5 hour wait. I will never be renting from uhaul again after this experience.
Emily TOverall horrible experience! First my pickup spot and pickup time was changed the night before pickup. Then I get sent to a smoke shop to pickup truck. And the lady was late to open the store. Changed my whole day since I was on a schedule to move. Then my drop off spot was changed. So overall horrible experience using U-Haul. I will never use U-Haul again.

Then they charged me for insurance when o told them I had my own.. we called to ask for help when the check engine light came on and they told us to call the uhaul customer service number. This was the worst uhaul experience ever will not be going back to this place!!!!

Cheryl TThe truck was being used to store personal belongings for one of the employees of the recycling center behind the smoke shop. I had to wait for this person to remove their belongings, which left a horrid smell in the back of the truck. The fuel tank was not at the level indicated either.

shawn lI have rented Uhaul trucks many times before and if I remember correctly this was the first time I got a truck that didn't have hardly any gas in it. I had to go put gas in first thing.
Robert UThis pick up location was inconvenient and the equipment was not taken care of. The woman who helped us began the conversation by telling us she had already rented it to someone else before even checking our reservation. The location was a sketchy smoke shop and there was no signage whatsoever that this was the pick up spot. We opened the back and there was a ton of dirt in and trash in it. We needed to borrow a broom just to utilize the truck. Not to mention that there was less than 1/8 of gas in the truck when we got it. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Barrett BThe Truck was empty no gas barely made it to the gas station . The cab had trash in it so did the cargo area. Was disapointed because i have rented from U-Haul for years and always had no problem this time was a disaster. probably will never use U-Haul again.
Mike WExtremely unprofessional location. They just gave me the key and told me to find the truck outside. Truck wasn’t filled up. It’s been 4 hours and the lady still hasn’t completed the reservation. Would never use this place again. Unprofessional environment.

Kenneth HI paid $65 when I got the rental truck supposed to be for 19.99 from 06/01/18 to 06/02/18 which I returned it on time and with the gasoline fill up how i got it. They took another $67.00 for what? I’m really upset

LARRY CNo one knew anything about the rental of the U-haul equipment. I had to help check in the truck I was picking up because it had just gotten dropped off. The gentleman in charge of rentals wasn't there, and the young lady that was trying to help had NO clue as to what or where. The truck had a bald rear left tire, and a almost flat, inside right rear tire. The air conditioning barely worked and I was driving to Las Vegas in the 90 degree weather. They placed the wrong drop off location after I specifically stated the address as to where my new U-haul storage was. It was a nightmare!!!
Charged me for a 65 Miles . When I told them I didn’t use it after all. A total of 20 Miles

jazmin gThis isn't necessarily a review for the location itself, rather the services rendered by U-Haul overall. I had a reservation set for a different location and not only did they NOT have the U-Haul I reserved, but they also changed the location of pick-up and told me that it would take 30 minutes. It took me two hours to rent out a truck, and it happened to be a 17' INSTEAD of a 26'. Poor communication by the company.

kathem mThere was no u-haul representative available at the site. Truck was leased after repeated calls to customer service with over an hour delay. Rental equipment (dolly, furniture pads) weren't provided. This was my worst experience with U-haul. Please shut this site to save your reputation!
