It was a gas station and the clerk at the counter didn't know or handle UHaul info. He called someone from the back room, who made a call and handed me the phone to deal with the reservation. (I had chosen counter check-in so I wouldn't have to deal with an online debacle.) After I uploaded my DL, I was asked to give the phone back to the clerk. He then got a key for me and I was to take photos of the truck. There was no dolly I had reserved. I had to go back in, get the clerk to have the second man come from the kitchen and make a call all over again. Dispatch was terribly rude and sent me to the original location 7 miles away where I had reserved the truck, but it wasn't available there. That location wasn't aware I was coming, didn't have access to my contract, and couldn't re-establish the link that had expired that I was to use to submit photos. He told me to just save them in case anyone asked later. So, I was stressed all evening about not having completed the requirement, then I had to return a truck in a community out of my way to a closed and dark location. I won't rent from there agian.

Kurt HComputers were down at pick up and they marked it as a full tank. We did not have a full tank at pick up. It was 3/4 and it was noted on acct. we were charged extra miles and gas. We had to go to another location to pick up and drop off the originally requested too. We were very accommodating.
Lynn ZThe cab was dirty and had litter in it. The vehicle itself was dirty on the exterior. The storage area was clean.
