ROBERT DThe keys are out in the open. I stood in the pouring rain to try to see the number on the lock. All of the pics on pickup and drop off almost ruined my phone in the pouring rain. I was tired and stressed after a long day and had to take pics of the cab and forgot my coat. I get it not your fault for the pouring freezing rain.

Joshua JI wanted the smallest u haul that i could get as long as the inside was 8 ft height. I mentioned this 6 times to the u-haul person. I don't know the dimensions of small, medium or large truck have and the depth of the truck was not a concern. The important thing I needed was height. I was moving items from a storage facility to a church for a quilt show and the uprights were my concern. As it ended up we had to lay all uprights down and they become interlocked with the legs on the other uprights. We managed but that was not the way I wanted. Bev Peacock 330-340-4882

I rented two separate vehicles at two separate times with the past 2 weeks and both times vehicles were amazing! My only issue was that I could never get the Uhaul app to function properly. But I always called rental company and left voicemail to inform them of the issue and sent an email to uhaul website. Everything else was perfect. And I would recommend this uhaul location, definitely.

JUSTIN SA drop off closer to where move instead having drive back to where moved from to get miles added at 99 cents a mile. It was cheaper to rent one and move from. Washington Pennsylvania to Bolivar Ohio than was to move from Dover Ohio to Canton Ohio.

Anthony CIt would help to inform customers who are picking up a truck after hours that they will need extra forms of ID (ie. passport or a copy of their lease), or list their employer, or two people who know them personally that can answer their phone for a UHAUL representative, all while you sit at the pickup location and wait through the verification process. Other than that, I feel everything else went pretty well.

Albert JHeadlights needed to be fixed. One pointed down, and the other pointed to the right. The suspension seemed bad driving down the freeway. It bounced you all over the place. Everything else was fine, and the truck was clean.

Douglas SThe location and the people that work there are great 100% rating for the people. U-Hauls equipment was horrible! It’s July and the a/c wasn’t working properly. Also, the flooring in the cab was muddy. The seats was completely covered in dog hair.
Jamie WThere was not a truck large enough to do the required task we needed to do. We did not prepare in advance and request one, yet the principle of there not being one applies. Also, we requested a one-way to Massillon and it said we still had to bring it down to New Philadelphia to return it. Also, I filled the tank to full even though I only needed to fill it to 7/8. I feel I paid a bit more than I should’ve for this.

Drew WNo attendant at location. The Uhaul App was a nightmare to get through. A lot of time was wasted trying to pick up this unit. FYI…If you go past your pickup time you have to go back into the app and change your pick up time, otherwise you won’t get the code for the keys.

Timothy SI am very upset that couldn't drop off the truck and car hauler in Dennison OH, where I scheduled them to be returned. It was farther than Dennison also. I was told a customer was going to pick up the truck in New Philadelphia so I had to return it there. Uhaul has never delivered a truck to a location I wanted to pick up.
Michael SThe pickup and drop off locations and the dealers are friendly and helpful. However the problem I have and will reassure I'll never use U-Haul equipment EVER AGAIN is the outrageous over charging of the customers. I recently rented a 5 x 9 ramp trailer. The cost from South Carolina to Ohio one way was 157.67 which is a little high but acceptable. Due to an unforeseen problem with a trailer I purchased in Ohio I was not able to use it to haul a motorcycle back to South Carolina until some repairs were done. So I went back to the dropoff location to rent not "A" but the EXACT SAME TRAILER I rented and brought to Ohio a couple of days later. Much to my unexpected surprise I was charged more than twice the amount 344.80 to rent the same trailer I pulled to that location for the same trip back and drop off at the EXACT location I originally rented it from. When I called U-Haul customer service and then a regional field manager I was given the most ridiculous and completely unacceptable explanation. "Well sir location and availability has an impact on what U-Haul charges for their equipment" A Nation wide and large company like U-Haul who only stays in business because of it's customers then takes advantage of their customers and practically rob them by price gouging due to "Availability" of equipment is a farce and should be illegal. If the government can put price caps on certain items U-Haul equipment should be at the top of their list. Just because there might only be a certain number of equipment in some locations is not the fault of the customers. U-Haul should take whatever steps and actions to make equipment available by at the very least sending U-Haul employees to areas that are heavily stocked with various types of equipment and relocate them to areas that are lacking. But to charge a hard working citizen 200% markup in price for a trailer or whatever it may be that the customer themselves brought that particular item there to begin with and made it's availability there is wrong and working taxpayers like myself and thousands of others should not stand for this and take steps by seeking legal actions against U-Haul and definitely stop using their equipment altogether until this robbery of our hard earned dollars ceases. Very angry and financially struggling FORMER U-Haul customer. Stand up and together people don't let this continue strength in numbers can make a difference.

Tim MI called U-Haul an extended my rental by a few days. The owners came before I was done with the truck,(they followed us around in a car) and took the truck back, told them I still needed to put gas in the truck, they said no they would take care of it. By taking care of it they mean charge me total about $200 in fees and for gas. I will never rent from them again.

PHILIP HReinspect Satellite locations at least 1-2 times a year. Do not always present the best PR for U-Haul. The gal at the location could not find the electrical installed wiring core in my vehicle for which I had wiring and hitch installed in Indiana at U-Haul facility. So she sent me to a local repair shop to have installed. Lo and behold mechanic raised the hood of my vehicle and found buried under floor matting the missing electrical core. Needlessto say my trip was delayed 2 hours because of this and ended staying an additional overnite that was not planned for. I, myself, in future will always use a regular U-Haul facility and no longer consider off site locations since I have experienced on more than 1 occasion do not have the same enthusiasm to assist as U-Haul employees!
