Due to unforseen event, this location was not open for the day. Pick up was at 9am. I was not notified. Called uhaul directly at 930. Told to download app because my key was left in a lockbox. Very confusing and unfriendly app. Take video of self. Take video of front and back id. Re- enter cc number. Enter email. Message email invalid, already in use? Put in an old email. Worked. It kept starting over due internet Finally got to the point to get the code to get the key and Internet service went out. Called haul again. They had the code. It did not work after several tries. 20? Gave code to a different box. It opened right up. Tried mine again. Nothing. A friend noticed that this lock was rusted. I happened to have PB Blaster. Sprayed and it opened right up. 1030 am. Finally on the road. The truck was muddy on the inside. The back was not swept out. The drivers side wiper scraped and jumped not removing the rain. Brakes went almost to the floor. Sounded like an old 1960 ford that needed new points and plugs. Odometer light did not come on until 20 minutes after driving. Could not be check the milage. Says 100 miles used. Could be, but not sure.
