Anthony C.It would help to inform customers who are picking up a truck after hours that they will need extra forms of ID (ie. passport or a copy of their lease), or list their employer, or two people who know them personally that can answer their phone for a UHAUL representative, all while you sit at the pickup location and wait through the verification process. Other than that, I feel everything else went pretty well.

Albert J.Headlights needed to be fixed. One pointed down, and the other pointed to the right. The suspension seemed bad driving down the freeway. It bounced you all over the place. Everything else was fine, and the truck was clean.
