The man in the office for check-in was thorough and friendly. He was very clear about the “return/drop off” instructions. Very helpful.

MARIA CI was disappointed that the trailer pick up was changed to a location an hour farther away but the rep was helpful and the trailer worked very well.
WILLIAM KEric is the man! He stayed a few minutes after work the day before the rental to help test my wiring to be sure it would work on the trailer. The day of the rental we had some issues with my truck wiring but he stuck with me and we digured out the issues and got all the lights working. Great guy

Dennis SThe rental was NOT this location's fault. I had made a reservation for a 6x12 trailer one month ago to pick up in Silverthorne, CO. One day before my rental, UHaul calls me to tell me that they ignored my resrvation, did not have the trailer for me, and that I had to drive 200 miles roundtrip to get the trailer that I had a reservation for,. Total disdain for your consumer level customers. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me with UHaul
Kenneth OI reserved a 10 foot moving truck. It was nice that someone called and said this location only has a 15 foot and not a 10 foot. This was reserved with the 10 foot price. When I went to pick it up they only had 1 VERY LARGE moving truck. I was thankful they at least had a truck for me, because when I returned it and confirmed my next reservation for the following week the representative said he did not think that he would have any truck for me and may not be able to fullfill the reservation. I am a teacher running a mountain bike camp for 17 underprivileged boys. The goal is to help them improve their mental health and to teach them about Leave No Trace. Renting the U-Haul from this location is very important to this program every year in may. last year it seemed alot easier to be able to do this...
kathryn LEric goes above & beyond by providing excellent service and attention to detail. He cares deeply about his customers' experience and the vehicles he rents. The cargo van I rented was very clean and well-maintained, including a new windshield and tire shine! Thanks for raising the bar.

Hayley HI got a phone call the day before pickup telling me Zi had to drive 45 minutes to Silverthorne to get trailer instead of Eagle. The day of I drove to Siverthorne and they told me that the trailer was in Eagle. So, it took me 3.5 hours to leave my house, drive to 2 locations to finally get the trailer. The gentleman, Eric in Eagle was lovely, but, my experience was terrible the morning I needed the trailer. I shoul have received a 2nd call letting me know the trailer was where originally made the reservation .

KRISTEN MEric was pleasant to work with and thorough. He called a couple days before the truck was due to ensure that I had the correct address and knew how to access the facility. The drop off was conducted entirely outdoors so I cannot speak to the state of the office.

William SI arrived on time for my 9:00 pick up, and my reservation was pulled up quickly and the "van" I reserved was ready to go. I was back on the road by 9:20. The van was clean, and in great driving condition. I did not have any problems, and I greatly apprecciated not having to wait when I arrived, because I was running on a tight time schedule. The "owner" was also there, because they were expecting it to be a busy day. I'm sure the people that were coming in behind me greatly appreciated having two people there to serve them in a timely manner as well.
Tammy BEric was great! Had no issues returning equipment and he was proactive and asked about any issues with the equipment. I told him about the drivers side wiper blade attachment issue and the lack of washer fluid when the van was dispatched.
ROBERT MI had the absolute worst experience with your company! My pickup location was changed to a place over an hour and half away, I had no transportation to get to this location. I called your customer service and was treated so rudely that I had to hang up. Because my pickup location was changed the movers I had scheduled left due to the fact I had to travel over an hour away to get my “reserved “ truck. I paid 2,499.00 for this rental and made reservation a month in advance, this how you treat your customers? Unbelievable that you can determine who gets a truck and who doesn’t. How do you decide which person gets a truck from the location they requested? I have asked you a lot of questions that I expect answered! I will never use your company again. And will tell everyone I know about your the fact that you are completely unreliable!! Please feel free to contact me at 8433381926. I bet you don’t because I have lots more to say about your customer service! Am glad I got this email because it reminded me to fill out negative comments all over social media.

Kevin KI was charged for, but did not sign up for, the $15 insurance. Plus I was told to take "the first truck" but it was not the truck on my paperwork. I had to get gas in order to complete what I needed to do and probably returned the truck with at least a quarter of a tank more than I picked up. In addition, the check engine light was on, making me nervous. I was told, when I returned the truck, that the check engine light keeps coming on due to a catalytic converter which was off market. Previous experience here has been very good, but this time was a bit nerve wracking.

Eric CPrices are a little unreasonable. Staff nikki was great and very pleasant. If gad was included it wouldn't be that bad but ultimately for 8 hours I paid 300 dollars quite expensive.

Kara SNikki was Amazing!!! I had scheduled an evening pick up and she called to do as much of the checking in as possible on the front end and show me how to access after hours. This was a very stressful time for me and she was a reassurance that at least getting my stuff moved would go smoothly.

Christopher GWhile the actual location (Eagle Airport Storage) housing the U-Haul was very helpful in helping us get in the facility and in the truck but that was the quality that U-haul, the actual company, lacked poorly. We were not aware that you needed a code to get in the place and U-Haul did not provide us with it nor could they help us get it so they should just be thankful that someone was at his computer at the storage facility that was able to help us out. We ended up waiting an hour after our pickup time before we had the actual truck in our hands and the truck had very little fuel getting in and I couldn’t even prove that to U-Haul as they didn’t provide me with a check in list to make sure I can take pictures of the vehicle BEFORE I started driving it but only after the day was done did they let me take pictures. So long story short, the app is absolutely horrible to use and it seems like U-haul could care less about the rural locations even though they own this vehicle, so while this location was great at helping us, U-Haul seemed to do the bare minimum as any large company does for their customers but if we had hired movers for this move, let’s just say this would’ve turned into a not so pleasant conversation with a supervisor. So, if you plan to live rurally and want to move with U-haul, don’t use the darn app, if a multi-billion dollar company can’t even get a decent app then it’s just better to talk to an actual person. ;)
