I got a phone call the day before pickup telling me Zi had to drive 45 minutes to Silverthorne to get trailer instead of Eagle. The day of I drove to Siverthorne and they told me that the trailer was in Eagle. So, it took me 3.5 hours to leave my house, drive to 2 locations to finally get the trailer. The gentleman, Eric in Eagle was lovely, but, my experience was terrible the morning I needed the trailer. I shoul have received a 2nd call letting me know the trailer was where originally made the reservation .

KRISTEN MEric was pleasant to work with and thorough. He called a couple days before the truck was due to ensure that I had the correct address and knew how to access the facility. The drop off was conducted entirely outdoors so I cannot speak to the state of the office.
