When I picked up my trailer I was told I could drop it off in carbondale, CO which is a 45 minute drive from my home. Upon arrival, they said I had to drop it off in Gypsum, which because of road work ended up being a 3 hour trip each way. Upon arrival the numbers that uhaul gave to get a gate code for the facility were not answering, and it took the better part of an hour to resolve this. Ultimately this cost a lot of time and gas money, U-haul to date has not offered me any compensation for this, and I somehow doubt they will. In the future, I will probably simply rent a truck from penske as my pain-free experience with them outweighs the slight savings a trailer provided.

Not the location's fault, I received a call around 8:30 am saying my 20' truck was no longer available. They suggested I get the truck in Durango which is 5 hours from where I was supposed to pick the truck up. Ended up with a 15' which wasn't able to fit everything.

The woman rented me a trailer that was absolutely to big for my car to pull across country full. She assured me it was ok. after i loaded it and drove it around the block i realized this and called to return it to that location. she refused to take it back even though it had been a day and it had not even left the county. the nice people at the uhaul rental place near costco took it back. i would recommend renting from the one near costco (it was a repair shop) but def not the uhaul rental at the storage place by the airport. Worse customer service i have ever recieved and a huge hassle for me when i was trying to move. you should not let them be a dealer!

This location was great and the staff extremely helpful. However, the original drop-off location would not accept our trailer. When we called on our way over to the original drop-off location, the woman who answered the phone said she is not accepting trailers. When I said your location is printed on our paperwork she said "you can't come here" and hung up the phone on me.

One-man shop while I was there, so no answer on the phone when I Calle twice en route to drop off. Gate was opened for me to enter after about 4-5 minute wait. No big deal, except that I was trying to figure out what to do with the trailer if I couldn't leave it then.

I didn't realize that the blankets were rented, I thought I bought them. It says it on the contract though. When a person is moving, there's a lot going on. I didn't read the contract closely. Perhaps, point this out that the blankets need to be returned or you will be charged $1 per blanket.

I rented a truck at 10:00 am on Oct 20 for 6 days. U-Haul said the truck was due back on Oct 25 at 10:00 am. That's 5 days! This location was excellent and the persons there were great to work with!

This is the first time I have rented a U-haul where it didn't feel extremely sketchy and unprofessional. The process was easy and the gentleman that worked there was a pleasant guy. Normally the experience with U-haul has felt like some back alley drug deal where I didn't know if I was about to be robbed.
