I was charged an extra day for a rental that I had back within the same day and then was told that the rental office had to speak to UHaul to refund the money they overcharged me. Never had that happen with any other place in Gypsum. This one is on Airport Rd.

Dennis JI was initially disappointed when I booked a cargo van and was told that I would get a 10' truck instead. However, they worked with me with very favorable pricing and ultimately the 10' truck should have been my first choice instead of the cargo van. Overall, very good customer service...even giving me a cold water bottle for my walk back (my choice, they offered a ride but I wanted the exercise) to my shop. I would recommend them any time! Thanks!
