Made reservation to pickup truck at location 2 miles away from where I was supposed to meet people to load furniture into truck. My reservation got moved 18 miles away in the middle of nowhere which felt suspect as GSP guided us into a secluded area. Was about to turn around when it directed be down what appeared like a 1 lane gravel road. My wife was very nervous, but I happened to see some orange thru the woods in the distance. Internet service and app connection was terrible. Took me almost an hour to finally get pickup completed and on my way. My helper had to wait an hour for me to arrive with truck which put us rushing to get done. The truck itself was nice but if something like this happens again, Uhaul will drop completely off my list of options. The 2 lady's that arrived after us were having similar issues.

The trucks are parked in a muddy field way out in the country, there are no lights and cell phone service is extremely weak. I will not rent from this location in the future.
Douglas SMore detailed information on the rental would be nice. I was reserving a truck at one location, and apparently that location didn't have the truck I needed. So I was sent to another location. At this location there was no one there to give me the keys or any instructions as to where they might be. They also wouldn't answer the phone when I was trying to contact them. I left several messages before getting a return phone call 30 minutes later. Having to make a second trip there to pick up the truck. But overall the rental was not bad.
