Lady kinda rude and unwilling to unresolved my issues had to call U-Haul support

Your online check in is aweful. I rent a truck monthly. Online check in has made me late to scheduled appointments twice, which causes a ripple effect that requires a fair amount of time to correct. Face to face check in is a snap, but the last two rentals were modified from my preferred rental locations the day before my scheduled agreement. More inconvenience. Good luck fixing this,
