Service was very slow and desk area filthy, as people working in the back came out to the desk without cleaning up. They need a separate person to man the desk to work on cleanliness & organization. We were appreciative of location in Neillsville, not having to go all the way to Marshfield to pick up the trailer. We had no problems with the equipment.
