RALSTON BBad cell reception at the pick-up/drop-off location. No ones fault. Suggest a free WiFi for people to be able to use when doing the self return. Other than that great experience, friendly and helpful staff. The yard employee even helped me hook up the trailer, check the lights, straps, and chains.
