The attendee at the pick up stop was not at the door when we first arrived. It took about 15 minutes and we were in the hot sun for a while. However, when they opened they were very helpful and we were satisfied.

I drove the truck 6.5 miles total. My son pumped gas and filled the tank, putting in 13.8 gallons; $2.32 per gallon, spending $31.98. The truck was not at 7/8 of a tank when I picked it up. The attendant at Eagles Nest said U-hall had electronically refunded a customer over-payment of gas the day before. My transaction did not refund me so he called U-hall. The man at U-hall refused to reimbursement me. I am dissatisfied by your customer service and your inconsistent practices. I plan to share my story with everyone I know and discourage all of my friends, including friends on social media, the use of U-hall again.

I called in 20 minutes prior to pick up to have the truck started, warmed up, and free of ice from the windshield. This did not occur and the cashier told me the message had not been relayed to him. In the future, I recommend communication between employees increase so this does not happen to the next customer.

In my online order, I requested a dozen blankets to pad furniture. The blankets were not supplied, but I wasn't charged for them either. Somehow the order for blankets was misplaced. It might be because I originally had requested another pick-up location at 18th and Cornhusker Highway, which I don't think is there anymore.

Utility dolly that had been reserved was not provided, barefooted employee (no shoes or socks) was openly rude toward me and toward the other office employees attempting to assist me, check in processs took 45 minutes. Nobody seemed to understand the computer operating system. My experience at this location was disappointing, unexpected and I believe uncharacteristic of UHaul. Not recommended.

They were an hour and a half late for opening the store from what we were promised on the phone. The young boy operating the computer did not know what he was doing when renting a uhaul trailer.

I will never use uhaul again. I had to hook up my own trailer, it was never checked to see if it was properly done and I had a low tire I had to go to the gas station to air up. Obviously no maintenance is done on the equipment, and that is exactly what was said by the employee there. You people are rude jackasses and completely worthless!

We had troubles with the uhaul...the truck would not start and we were told there were no other trucks available. When we went online at the uhaul location there were 4 available in the city of Lincoln. I waited 2 hours for the problem to be fixed. The Eagles Nest reps were very nice and provided the gas that was needed to leave the truck running for an hour to charge the battery. They were very nice but if the uhaul would have been serviced correctly this problem would not have occurred. I felt unsafe driving this truck also because the brakes were not the best also. The problem was not with the 3rd party it was with uhaul. I reserved this truck a week ahead and was made to go to a 3 rd party place and not to the main location that in the past I have used and never had a problem. I think next time I will find a different company to do business with unless I am able to use the actual uhaul place in 48th and Vine. They make sure your safe and have a reliable truck every time you leave their property. The eagles nest made sure we were treated fair and the owner did everything possible to attend to my needs...however I shouldn't have has to spend 2 hours there because of a uhaul truck problem. Maybe they should be serviced on a regular basis to make sure this problem doesn't occur to someone else.

The truck under preformed probably due to age and engine care. We had planned to pick up additional cargo in Denver, but because of the terrible vibration we experienced during the trip from Nebraska to Denver we didn't purchase what we had planned to and now have to make an additional trip. We registered a formal complaint on Wednesday, October 16 (file #321077). We had plenty of volume left but the vibration made us feel that it would not be safe to put the extra weight into the truck.
