SARAH ATruck was damaged dirty I think cat converter had hole in it was loud wouldn’t go to park you had to try 20 time back and forth to get in park didn’t shift right burn to much gas I spent 5 gallon for 29 mile that’s hot right over all I hated
MASOUD SWindshield wiper on right was loose after 5 minutes n the road, I had to stop 3 times during my rental to fix it. Otherwise fine.
Stephen TThe staff on site are very friendly and clearly want to help, but there needs to be some english proficiency before doing these roles. I could barely understand each of the workers and I have been all over the world and am very experienced with lots of different accents, but this was noticeably difficult. They are great and attentive workers and were extremely nice, but it left me concerned that I had misheard something and was not doing things correctly.

Matthew LI recently used E&R Ventures UHaul, although I wasn't sure I was in the right place (its a gas station). The owner was great, the trucks were clean and in great shape. The price was very reasonable and the estimate was right on. They were flexible with the drop off time giving us an hour leeway even though we ultimately dropped it off early. Very positive experience, they treated us very well, very friendly group of guys. I would definitely recommend

YASMIN WRented vehicle for 7:15. Key was not in lockbox and gate was locked - attendant arrived at 8. Another customer had reserved at 6:45 was also unable to access rental due to this location disorganization. We both had workers helping and lost time and money as a result.

MATTHEW BBoth people that I worked with (pick up and return) were not efficient, were not clear and were actually quite rude. At pick up, I was asked to estimate the number of miles I would drive and told them 50. When I returned the truck, I had driven 35 miles and was told I would not receive a credit for the 15 miles and threatened to show me the fine print contract. The person at pick up also made me add $3 of gas after I had filled it up to the original tank amount which was very vague at pick up. These operators were rude, slow and did not speak english clearly. I would go out of my way to rent another uhaul from a different location. Plus the truck was old and the seat belt did not work easily.

JAMIL OWe found it very frustrating trying to use the self check in. It was impossible to get accurate fuel levels. The vehicle was only ⅛ full forcing us to gas it up before we started. It would have been much better to have a real person to assist with the discrepancies. We have used many U Hauls around the country and this was our most frustrating experience ever.

FRANCIS REmpty the cab between customers. There was trash in the cab of the truck (half filled bottle drinks etc.) I was told the truck was full of gas. I drove it 10 miles and put 3.5 gallons in when I returned costing me $11.75. I'm not sure the tank was actually full. The person at the gas station was rude when I returned the truck and asked for an explanation regarding why my initial estimate of $38.05 ended up being an actual charge of $50.44 + an additional charge for the gas. A word to corporate: When you advertise a rental for $19.95 and the bill ends up being $50.00 + gas, something is wrong with your system. I understand I voluntarily paid $15.00 for taxes, and I knew the mileage charge, but the advertising feels deceptive.
Dana HThey didn’t have the requested equipment utility dolly). As someone who was moving an entire house, this was essential to moving. It required me to have to go buy one.
ZACHARY GI was rented a truck with a missing gas cap, then at the drop off location, the employee filled a insurance report against me for $200. Additionally, the male employee that checked in my truck was borderline hostile and very unpleasant to interact with. I am likely to consider using a different moving truck rental company in the future.
Diane KFraud ,, they charge me 25 usd for cleaning,, asked me to return car early ,, no one was at office ,, after my complain ,, they stop answer my phone ,,,,,,,I back personal to them they said yes it’s clean but we can’t do anything,, call the head office ,, this is not my first time use U-Haul it’s the third time but will be the last one ,, upset
MAHMOUD ARefused to rent us the smaller cargo truck for my small job and almost forested me to rent a bigger truck clamming that smaller trucks are reserved for out of town rental. At the time of pick up there were 4 smaller truck and by the time I returned my rental those smaller truck were sitting at the same spots. When asked John the attendant he claimed that those are reserved for the long distance rental and they are not making money by renting them for a short distance!

XIAOWU LI had a reservation so was able to check in with no issue. I only had the equipment for about 6 hours and no issues. As this location is also a working business for other automotive services, the area can be congested so a drop off location identified would be good. I will continue to use this location as it is convenient for my office location and is readily open at 0700AM on weekday's which is a help.

NICHOLAS PWe were pleasantly surprised, shocked even, to have had the best U-Haul pick-up experience at a gas station register and not a U-Haul storefront. Kudos to this operator!
LOGAN RI was a little confused as I did not realize this was an official Uhaul site but a contractor at a gas station. Once things were clear though the employee was very friendly and professional and provided me with a truck and other materials as needed. Overall the experience was excellent and I was happy. I saw the advantages as well of having the site at a gas station which made filling up the truck easy and convenient upon return.
NAOJI AMinor: When returning the U-Haul van the parking area was congested with other non-U-Haul vehicles, so the U-Haul team had to repark the vehicle. Vehicle worked well with no issues. Perfect size for a one-day rental and extra side mirrors were appreciated for traffic conditions.
KENNETH HThe csr didn’t even check the vehicle upon return. When customers were picking up their vehicles the csr sent the renter to the back of The lot to pickup the vehicle. In Malvern they always pull the vehicle up to the customer. Not my favorite place. Back of building where the trucks are stored is a crap house and eyesore. Also this station’s gas is .20 higher per gallon than other stations in the area.
ALEXANDER SThe person at the desk seemed very confused that we were returning the truck here even though we hadn't picked it up here, which made us doubt if it was the right location. But it was!
CONNOR Wlocation was ok. the attendant was not there so i waited 20 minutes for him to give my the keys. other than that, everything was fine.
OLGA PThe customer service was weak. First, when I went in the afternoon in person, I was brushed aside saying all trucks were rented. I then went home and was able to book one online. The listed hours were until 7 pm, but when I got there, I was told the Uhaul part of the operation closed at 5 pm. So I used the online system and was able to get the truck but it was questionable all along.
Ezra RNone of the items I reserved a month in advance were available. The vehicle was filthy smelled like weed, had dog hair all over and was in poor overall maintenance condition
ESPRIT NThey did not have furniture or Dolly besides appliance. Please ensure I’m refunded for my expenses. You need to update app for locations that do not utilize the key lock when business hours are operating. I should not have to get keys from the store if i made the choice to use the mobile app to retrieve my rental.
