How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff at the Tyson BP gestation were rude. Unhelpful. The truck was dirty and smelled poorly. When I returned the the truck the shut the door and no was there to answer questions. Very poor experience
Bahrenegash GIn my contract It specified a drop off location. I got to that location and was told that they don’t accept drop offs and to get off the property. So I called the 800 number and was told to go to a different location. At the second location the clerk pointed to a code and I did everything through the code. So absolutely no help.
John GThe experience was not good and it had nothing to do with the location. I specifically selected in person pickup and registration, only to find out that I still had to use the app regardless of that choice. After figuring out how to use the app, I received a message saying that my request could not be completed at that time. If the kind gentleman at the gas station office had not helped me complete the process manually, I would not have been able to rent the truck at all. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing because of U Haul and NOT the location.
Marwan CThe app and 1-800 customer service support was absolute garbage. They were unhelpful and only tried to push me back to the app. If it wasn't for the attendant, you would have lost a customer.
