I don't understand why U-Haul has locations without a U-Haul employee. I have never had more trouble turning in a rental of any kind than with the U-Haul application on my phone. The people at the return location offered no help at all, barely even letting me know if I had parked the truck in an acceptable location. When I tried to use the app on my phone, it locked up and I had to go find a phone number to call and get the truck checked in with a person on the phone. Fortunately, I will never have to use a rental truck again, as far as I can tell. And if I do need to, it won't be U-Haul! Your new model of on-line pick-up and drop-off is for the birds, not humans.
Mike HNot a lot of space and trucks are parked very close together. Makes it much harder to take good pictures. Plus, the location is at an awkward place so sometimes gets crowdy
Mansoor KThe employee who helped us, I think his name was Riyaz, was EXCELLENT. He made the pickup and dropoff process efficient and easy and straightforward. I'm usually wary of UHaul rentals out of concern that I'm going to be taken advantage of or charged lots of hidden fees, but thanks to Riyaz it was a fantastic, smooth, and transparent experience. Thank you Riyaz!!
