The rental was a complete nightmare. I booked the truck well in advance, but received a phone call the DAY BEFORE my move informing me that the truck was not available and that I would have to pay more for a bigger truck. To get the size I needed at the price I reserved for, I had to pick up at another location out of my way, which added chargeable mileage to my rental. The online checkin/pickup is a complete nightmare and NO ONE at the location would help. Needless to say, I don't think I will be using U-Haul again any time soon.

Gregory FWhen I arrived at due time, the staff was busy attending to another customer who was renting a vehicle from this location. I waited for several minutes before the staff was able to check the vehicle for me. He told me everything was ok but I was billed for a few minutes past due time . Unfair and mean. .
