The location does not allow Uhaul customers to park personal vehicles on site. It would be helpful to have this more prominently advertised upfront.

I was not informed prior to my rental it would take 20-25 minutes to get approved for my vehicle. I scheduled my pick up for 9:30 and was not able to get the key until almost 10:00 AM. This was ridiculous and ruined my whole schedule. Considering how much money I had to pay, this was not worth it and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Attendant at location was not very knowledgeable about equipment. I called ahead about needing a hitch attachment (ball), which I was told the truck had, but it did not. When I asked the attendant about it, he was not helpful. The truck was also still dirty inside when I picked up the truck.

I was overcharged for gas


The internet was not working when I arrived which obviously isn't the locations fault, but it was frustrating that I sat at a gas station for over an hour to pick up my truck. The guy who helped me was extremely nice but there was a fairly large language barrier that made things even more difficult. On top of that, the moving blankets I requested just weren't there which was very inconvenient because it then took the attendant some time to remove them from my order.


Overcharged! I returned the van at FULL tank, and the total mileage is 45, how can they charge me 23 gal of gas? That doesn't even match the mileage! Not mention that I filled the van on site! Should not get charged for fuel at all!


I wish I hadn't booked online. The online check in process wasn't working on my phone. The very rude man in the gas station told me he couldn't help me bc I booked online. Then he started to help me anyway, but told me very different rules than what he'd explained to the guys who checked in before me. When I asked him why he was giving me a different explanation, all of a sudden he claimed he acted like he couldn't speak English. Then his associate started explaining to him in English and then in his language what I was asking. He just kept saying he can't help me bc I booked online and then shouted next, told me he was done with me, and said he had other clients to take care of. Super rude. Didn't give me the code to the key box and said I needed to call uhaul. I called uhaul and was put on a 15-20 min hold so hung up. Finally got the car, the link to share what damages the car had also didn't work. Also, the car had chewing tobacco and was filthy. I don't know what type of extra “cleaning and disinfection” uhaul is claiming to do in light of Covid but that car was dirty and it's all lies. This experience sucked and the location was nasty. Don't ever book a uhaul online just do counter to avoid half the issues I had today.

It was an absolute nightmare. The associate who was working at the site had very poor communication skill and inappropriate attitude. I had an awful experience and would not be returning as a customer. The software experience was extremely poor; it seems like the user experience was not considered at all when the design was conceived. It was a very frustrating experience for user who was in hurry.

Only disappointment is that the location offers no parking to u-haul customers. If you drive there by yourself, there is nowhere to leave your vehicle. As I was only renting a truck for 2 hours, that had not occurred to me. Attendant recommended I park in the shopping center across the street, but that required running (on foot) across a busy 6-lane road. Recommend you go WITH another person so that they can drop you off and avoid the parking issue.

I was very confused why this location did not have parking for UHaul renters. I had to park my car in a parking garage like 10 minutes away and walk back. Besides that I really had a great experience but it was a pretty big inconvenience/ other U-Haul locations I know allow you to park and switch cars there.

Location seems a little weird, I mean it is together with the cashier of BP. However staff are so friendly and helpful.


You can request to remove the same guy who has the worst attitude on earth, or at least give him proper training so he doesn't double charge people, or mixup customer receipts and give the wrong receipt to the wrong person


When entering the truck I saw 2 cups that were drank from plus a piece of gum in a wrapper. The truck obviously wasn't cleaned out or sanitized before it was handed over. With Covid-19 this was extremely distributing and unsanitary. I will look for other truck rental companies next time I need a rental.

I wouldn't suggest picking up at a gas station as is crowded and staff clueless


First time to use the mobile check-in/check-out reservations. I encountered a problem where the check-in has taken 45 minutes in the app. I went to the location counter and the location said they cannot help because I chose the mobile reservation mode. Later that day I called customer service and found out that the location agent was wrong. Anyone, including the location agent could have helped and took over my check-in but the agent was insistent that he cannot, so next time I should just choose location check-ins and be done in less than 5 minutes. Mobile check-out - I was taken aback by the app comment that if the truck is clean (upload pictures), fueled back to when I got it, the truck will be ready for the next family. What happen to the website and email spill that all U-haul trucks and equipment are cleaned, COVID-19 compliant? The key of the truck I rented, went straight to the lockbox for the next mover rental, yikes!!!

I submitted everything online. The person at the onsite location spent a long time finding my reservation. He looked up my reservation number 3 times. When I returned the vehicle I asked if he would inspect it with me to insure no problems. He declined to do so. I like the price of the rental, but that was all. I would use Uhaul again, but try a different location.
