App and online was impossibly slow to book but once we did when we headed to the location, they couldn’t pull it up. This is subpar.

JORGE MSoudhan is always polite, friendly and ready to help. My company rents a van from E&R approximately 8 times per year, and we have never had a bad experience. It is a pleasure to work with these people. I would not rent a truck or van from anyone else in the DMV if E&R has one available.
ROBERT JThe agent at this location is rude and impatient. When there are parking spots available at the location, the agent asked us to park one block away on the street where it seems illegal to park. When we find a spot nearby available, he asked us to move our car and park across the street (a main street where it is far and not within walking distance). After a serious argument with him, we were allowed to park on site where it was available in the first place. Later on, he intentionally added the "Safe Move" coverage to our bill which we specifically declined. Now I'm still arguing for this bill with U-Haul. In general, I would not recommend this place to rent your U-Hauls as the service is poor and it'll cost a lot of unnecessary time to rent a truck.
XIN GDid not have enough blankets, I had reserved 2 dozen and they only had 6 blankets. Truck was "broom clean" but had lots of mud splatter up the sides.
Kevin MTow dolly’s strap tightening mechanism was super rusted and not moving. I had to borrow some WD-40 from the employee and sprayed it to loosen the rust. Employee didnt know how to attach the dolly to the truck or how to secure my vehicle. Thank goodness for youtube! I had to figure it out on my own. Dolly was also sitting in the worst location. It wouldn’t roll freely due to the grass grown up around it. So i had to hook up the truck and do a 30 point turn to get out of the tight space it was in. Thankfully, i have military experience backing up with a trailer. Otherwise i would have definitely hit something!
DANIEL CPassenger door weather strip is missing. I didnt realize it until i had loaded the truck and departed for my destination. I spent 1400 miles on the highway listening to the loud wind coming through the door weather strip was missing. Horrible experience, I couldn’t have a conversation with the other person in the truck because it was so loud.. Other than that the truck operated fine.
DANIEL CThere was no parking space for the U-Haul. Had to park on the side street in front of the building. There needs to be more parking, or better indicated spots to park if normal parking is full.
Adam CHonestly front desk associate was nice, but not qualified to work with U-Haul. Upon arriving, he notified me and the other people in line that the system was down and that we would need to check in through the app or by calling a U-Haul number. This is not a problem in and of itself, but the language barrier made it even more difficult. Furthermore, when the U-Haul phone associate said that the site should have a backup system to allow check in, he said “I can’t, I’m just a cashier. I don’t work for U-Haul.” Ultimately, I received the vehicle I reserved a month in advance, but only thanks to the online representatives who were able to facilitate the process. Would not recommend this location again.
Joshua TWhen I arrived at the location (before 12:00 p.m.) the sign at the building said "OPEN." However, no one was around and I called U-Haul to try to do a 'mobile pick up' but the app did not work. About 12:35, the local U-Haul operator finally showed up. I mentioned to him that his sign said "OPEN" and I had been waiting for over half an hour. He stated he was out for lunch. I then said you should use a sign stating "OUT FOR LUNCH" but he just ignored my comment. After getting the truck BUT before leaving E&R Ventures, I showed the operator that he incorrectly showed the gas level as 3/8 instead of 2/8. He changed it on my paper contract. Overall, I will never use this U-Haul location again. The experience of this particular location was unreliable and unethical. I've used U-Haul several times over many years. Typically, I've had very professional experiences with various U-Haul operators. After using many locations over the years, by far, this has been the worst experience ever.

Ed HSo pleasantly surprised by the UHaul on Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner. They were professional, efficient, capable, and friendly during pick up & drop off. We had to drive 400 miles, and the truck was clean, ran smooth, drove exactly like a car, and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Love the easy mobile app check in & drop off. We'll definitely rent from here again!

PRESTON DI have been renting vans from E&R Ventures for several years now for our business, when needed. The staff is consistently polite, professional and friendly. The vehicles are clean and well-maintained. This is my "go-to" place for van and truck rentals.

Eric MIt was an inconvenience that the pick-up location was changed (from the original location on my request which I received confirmation for) since it was further away with more traffic. Then, I had to drive back and return to the pick-up location because the handheld truck I requested and paid for was not in the vehicle. I arrived home to open the back and discover that the dispatcher had not placed it in the van.

MOHAMMAD VI rented a cargo van. The gentleman who helped me was kind, thorough and efficient. And because it is located at a BP gas station, it was easy to meet the gas requirement. I would highly recommend this location based on my experience.

Rahel BI did reservation for a specific vehicle that I felt comfortable driving. However, they said they did not have that smaller truck and I was forced to get something bigger. Bigger is not better! Also I booked a small dolley and they did not have it too. Why do you call it reservation when you don’t have the equipment. It was a big burden due to lack of equipment. If possible, I want my payment to be refunded for the whole experience.

I was given the wrong truck, notified the clerk, told it was OK, and then had to go through check-in again because the odo reading was way off. The clerk apologized, but it was still a slow process made worse by the smoke stench in the truck

VLADIMIR SMy experience with E&R is always extremely pleasant and the staff is very professional. We rent a van every few months for business, and we have used other local U-Haul locations. By far, this is the best. Soudhan is always friendly, easy to work with and provides excellent service. When he is out, the other staff are also very polite.
