CROOKS! Returned vehicle with over the expected level of fuel upon return. When I received my final bill, there was a fuel surcharge added saying I returned vehicle with less than 1/4 of a tank. I called correct the problem with the facility - they said they would take care of it, but never did. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN! PENSKE OR BUDGET FOR NOW ON. THIS IS FRAUD AT ITS FINEST.JOSEPH F.

Your u-hual app is very slow and didn't work. It took 25 minutes at the facility to get the truck and 45 minutes on return. The upload of the odometer and fuel guage did not work after 10 attempts. Had to return the following day to try again. The customer service line did not answer after 20 minutes on hold. The people at the rental facility were nice and helpful.Daniel B.

The reservation I made, the facility called the day before and told me they wouldn't have the auto transport, they said I had to go to a different location to get it. I had remade this reservation 3 weeks in advance. I was not happy.THOMAS S.

There was more miles on vehicle than reported when I got it. The same for the gas, they reported it at a half tank and it only had a quarter tank. These things cost me money. I took pictures of the odometer and the fuel gauge. No one offered to correct itErnest K.
When I was trying to drop it off. The app was not working and saying that I had entered in less miles than what I started with. Whoever checked the truck before giving it to me wrote down the wrong mileage. I had to sit for another hour before I was allowed to release the vehicle. I would like the $50 guaranteed to me if my truck was not at the right place at the right time.jonathan S.

I have never been in a vehicle so dirty. The amount of grime on the steering wheel, dashboard, floor, everywhere, was absolutely disgusting. Office was very nice and helpful.Elizabeth K.

Make sure the maintenance on vehicles are maintained. The experience was frustrating and overwhelming due to a bad battery and alternator on the truck. We started moving at 10 am and didnt finish until 2 am. Someone came to bring a battery which we waited 3 hours for and then Boom the battery died again in less than 30 minutes. We waited another hour for assistance and the Uhaul had to be towed to our new location so we can unload our things. I had to take off work to make sure the Uhaul get towed.(The lady at the front desk was very nice and yes I would reccomend a friend). I dont blame anyone I guess it was just one of those days.JESSICA S.

The van reeked of body odor. I kept my face mask on and rolled down the window to keep from gagging. The seats were covered in pet hair and the floor had not been swept in an extended period of time. If I had not been in a time crunch I would have refused to get in it. Instead of me paying U Haul, U Haul should have paid me. I used the van to pick up a chestier had just purchased. Honestly, I was embarrassed when the guys were loading it for me. There's no way I would rent from this place again and I would have second thoughts about even going to U Haul.Anita M.

The truck was dirty when it was picked up and they charged me for cleaning upon return. They charged me for pads and a dolly that I never requested. Overall it was much more expensive than what I was quoted and we would never rent here again.Tracey G.

Drop off location was very confusing because they informed me that they only repair u hauls at that location and do not rent them out or accept returns. I was also informed that all rentals should be returned to a different location which is near the 5 Jacksonville St location.ALBERTINE H.
