Rachele Sit was missing the furniture pads and dolly. it was pouring rain so it made our move incredibly inconvenient and difficult to protect our furniture/boxes. we would like a full refund for our trouble. no staff was present at 8am.

Matthew LNo furniture dolly like I reserved online but they made good on that. When dropping of the trailer that said to just do I myself even though when I picked it up they said it takes two people to lift it. Made the return a bit difficult
