Robert SOne thing to improve upon would be to be sure to mention dropping off the vehicle after hours has a fee. This wasn't pointed out in anyway in any email or explained by anyone. Hidden fees

MICHAEL JBe very wary about fuel. UHaul is not clear about the fuel gauge and refilling. I ended up putting 6+ gallons in when I only went 22 miles. It is almost impossible to figure out how much to put in.

SRINI KThere wasn’t anyone available to drop off. There was clear instructions so I’ll give that- but U-Haul should make it clear if there are actual humans at drop off to help or not because I’d have chosen a different location. It was very uncomfortable unhooking etc and not sure what to do. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. I would never choose a location without a physical person to assist.
JARED VPaul did an awesome job answering questions and helping me get on the road with the trailer that I rented. I rented the trailer a few days prior and had an emergency come up. He was very understanding and easy to work with. I was able to book the trailer a couple of days later. He answered questions that we had regarding availability and the towing system and hitch needed.
Heidi WPick up was good and all else was good. U-Haul never informed me by adding some extra days I was going to be charged an additional 400. I added 5 days to rental but if I knew they were going to charge me additional money. I would have used the free storage. Next time they should inform people they are going to be charged more money instead of just charging them

JOANNE PSince it’s winter, it would be nice to have the truck ready and warming up. I had to remove the windshield promotion material and start the truck to get the engine warming before departure.
SCOTT HOverall there is nothing that is standing out. A very minor item would be to make sure that when the truck is presented for departure, would be to make sure that all the windows and mirrors have good visibility, the passenger side mirrors/window had frost on them and it wasn’t cleared off.
Scott HThere should be more locations that you can take a truck out of town. That was very frustrating trying to find one when there was one yard had a ton of trucks but only a 10-footer to go out of town. You need more locations for out of state rentals.

STEPHEN SReturned with the file exactly where I checked it out but was disappointed to find I had been charged for 4 gallons, I’m assuming the ground there saw not level, but they helped me with not having picked up the right # of pads so it still came out ahead I guess

MASON TWhile it was difficult to get a hold of someone by phone, when I arrived they were very helpful and accommodating. I needed to drop the trailer off first and then drop the rental truck off the following day. In both drop off days, they made the whole return process very easy.
Nathaniel PAfter hours drop off way more cumbersome than it needs to be. I’ve rented luxury cars and just dropped them off with the keys in them and been done with it. All the picture taking etc is a waste of time given the value of these vehicles.
