Trailer bounced and was sturdy be very loud.

Nancy BI picked up the trailer and made two trips from a condo to a house and then dropped the trailer off at the same place I got it. It would have been good to be told that I needed to scan a code and take pictures on site when I was done. I didn't find out about that until I got back home and checked my email. I had to drive back to where I picked up and dropped off the trailer to finish the drop off procedure. I was concerned that I would have additional fees if I didn't go back, even though I was told to "just leave it next the fence" when I picked it up.
Jarod NThe gentleman who was checked me in and got the van ready for me was really nice guy and provided me with an option for my move and he was professional and courteous. The van was really nice and clean and comfortable to operate.
