Emily LIm not sure you have to. Everything went very good. Quick and easy friendly guys and all if I ever need to rent a trailer again it will definitely be through them and that location
JEREMY MI had a reservation to pickup a truck at 5pm. The office location that had the reservation closes at 5pm -- but I was not notified until 445pm on the day of pickup. Why would they accept a pickup time at the same time they close in the first place, and how is a customer supposed to adjust with a 15 minute notice! This cost me extra time and money with moving my house, and if I don't get some kind of refund I will absolutely never do business with Uhaul again.
