How U-Haul Reviews WorkClosed on our drop off day which we were not informed off. No personnel present to help us. Nearly impossible to complete our drop off on the app because the area had no service or wifi to connect to. I honestly dont know how the app completed my drop off? There is also no gated or secured area so we can’t insure that the trailer we dropped won’t be stolen. Seriously this should not be a uhaul location.
