This location was amazing. They were friendly and professional. Compared to the other 2 locations i tried renting from, who didn't answer their phones and couldn't help me. This location communicated in a timely manner and was great.

Anthony ARental pick up location was good, trailer was fine...the 3 different u-haul locations that u-haul had me go to were great. What wasn't great was u-hual corporate!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They sent me to 3 different places to pick up the trailer. Thankfully the last one was open, but I barely made it. First location they sent me to, no trailer. second location they sent me to was a dog groomer/u-hual place that closes at noon...and they sent me there for a 4p pick up!?!?!?!? WTF?!?! Each place shared their feelings about how horrible u-haul corporate is. Very telling when their own franchises provide such detailed review of their own company. Again, Great experience by the local franchisees...horrible experience by u-haul corporate. Note to U-hual, spend some money on your computer systems...they are poor at best.
