MICHAEL KThe truck broke down twice. The battery died every time the truck was turned off. All lights were turned off and nothing was on to drain the battery it was just in poor condition. Additionally the transmission struggled to accelerate and lurched when it did.

JOSHUA LThey said that if I choose undecided I could drop the truck off anywhere and then sent me a link to drop it off at the furthest location possible on Loveland, I'm pretty sure it was a jab at extra milage. There were also undisclosed fees between making the reservation and when I picked it up almost to the tune of close to 50 bucks, when it was all said and done with it was almost 100 bucks more than what was quoted over the phone.

KENNETH WI returned my rental 15 hours early and was inundated with texts and calls and emails demanding it be returned or it would be reported stolen . Ridiculous

JEFFREY CSite is very tight for getting in and out of. It is also very hard to see exactly where the drive entrance is as you are driving to the location. We drove right past it once and it is hard to turn around to the limited access approach road.

HERBERT AThe place was clean and the people were nice and friendly. I took pictures of the mileage and fuel gauge when I picked up and dropped off the unit. I drove a total of 12 miles put in 1 gallon of fuel before I returned it and and the gauge was in the same place when I picked it up. I was charged for 2 gallons of fuel $9.45. Stop Nickel and Diming your customers!!

TIMOTHY CThis is a very convenient location for me. Unfortunately, I did not get the gentleman's name who assisted me with both pickup and drop off phases, but he was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. He processed the pickup phase quickly and I was on my way within 15 minutes or less. In addition, I had to extend my rental another day and I contacted the East Baseline location directly and he helped facilitate the extension quickly over the phone.
TERENCE BThis is hard to write. The location was nice, and well maintained. However, I did have a hard time finding the QR code. I would have assumed it would have been bigger and easier to see. Even though it was next to a bunch of signs saying U-haul. It was kinda hard to find. Here is the biggest problem. There really isn't a strong enough signal to get on the internet to make the pick up transaction. Maybe if there was a guest wifi set-up this could make it easier. I had to drive away to find a better signal. I will say the manager did call me before and let me know he put the truck up front for me. That made it easier. Location is excellent. But the transaction was very difficult. Internet access would make the difference.

RICHARD PI received minimal notification that my pick-up location had moved from my original, requested location; I would have liked to receive an email in addition to a text message with the updated information. The pickup on Baseline was great, if a little tricky to navigate to.

JOSHUA EThe truck was extremely dirty and the cargo area had not been cleaned from last customer. We cleaned it before loading. The windshield was so bug ridden that I had to clean it before our drive. Additionally, it sucks to rent a truck that is not full of gas so I also had to stop at a gas station first thing. Not a good experience and not what I’m used to from U-Haul.

DANA PI had a tire blow out on the trailer I picked up from this location. I can visually say it looked ok but a detailed inspection needs to be conducted by professionals everytime. I was issued a trailer with unfortunately tires and could have had a devastating accident. Thankfully it wasn't more serious.

JOHN GNo straps for the car hauler. Pick up location did not have my trailer, I had to drive to another town, an 1 1/2 away Cost me 4 hours delay time. Then drop odd location, the salesman came out of the building yelling and ordering my wife around. He was pist, not as much as I am right now. I am going to cooperate office and file a formal complaint and want that guy fired. Nobody yells at my wife, just for following the signs on the property. TIMOTHY DEntrance to facility was difficult to navigate and access, circled around area twice to find the entrance; seemed to be a common problem per comments of the staff. It was difficult and somewhat unsafe to exit the property due to oncoming traffic and a blind hill to the east side of the property. The whole experience there felt uneasy and I left, the good part was the agent directed me to a Tractor Supply Center where I could purchase the ball and tongue needed for the trailer, that they may have had at the correct location for my reservation (that was something blindly accepted following a conversation with U-Haul telling me the original location (in Thornton, Co) was changed to Lafayette, CO because the Thornton location didn’t have the trailer I reserved weeks before. All in all, not my best U-Haul experience - and I’ve had many!
