TWILA TTruck could use an alignment
FREDERICK GI waited in line for a while and people kept coming up behind me and talking to the people at the register about new unrelated things and interrupting them even though they were not in line they helped them first. When we finally got through to the slow people who were in no rush to help us, they left us to hook up the very large trailer by ourselves with no help to lift the very heavy trailer & my fiancé hurt himself doing it alone. The trailer was parked on an incline So it was extra difficult! Then I had to go back and wait AGAIN for the lady to chat with people before she came out to check the brakes and while she was outside, checking the brakes she was chatting with other people and not even paying attention. This place was extremely frustrating. It took about 45 minutes just to pick up one trailer & I was almost late to pick up my daughter from school because they were in no hurry to help even though there weren’t that many other customers there and I was only the second person in line!

KELLY ODue to a blown tire on trailer, I arrived late, 6:00 pm, one person still on property and I dropped it off. I cannot say enough about the road side service. After I arriving at a safe place, I was told I would be contacted by service personnel. about 15 minutes later I received a call asking for exact location. I told him where I was and he said he would be there in about 15 minutes, he arrived in about 12 minutes, removed and replaced the tire and I was on my way. Great service, I cannot say enough about it.

RONALD SThe tire pressure monitoring system dashboard light was on at pickup and stayed on. Right door hinge and fender badly damaged at door hinges. Right door hinge needs fixing!

Justin LI have no issues with East Coast Home and Garden, I picked up and dropped off the rental when the location was closed. I did have issues using the check in procedures with the UHaul app. I had to call the get a link sent to my phone to complete my check in process. I also checked that I didn't receive the Pads I had asked for but were still charged for those, I submitted a response for those charges to be returned. Upon my check out using the APP I had a dispute with the charges but it would not let me submit that dispute instead it asked for my Cc number and still charged me for the Pads. The truck was great and the personnel that assisted me with the check in were great too.

EDUARDO CThe service was excellent. I was allowed to upgrade to a larger truck because I realized I needed more space. The woman who helped me was very kind and respectful. I am a doctor and did not disclose that fact but was treated in a special manner anyway. I will be certain to use them again if I ever need to rent a moving truck.
Richard MThe representative was very nice to me and apologized for my misunderstanding of all the things I needed to know but she could not reimburse me for gas or not charge me for additional miles. All said this cost me an additional $100.00

TRAVON JWe were not able to use the app for pre-inspection to note a service light for tires although they appeared and did fine as well as scratch on drivers side back panel. Check in for return went fine on app.

Mary HI feel that the UHAUL should have been inspected better. We were stuck on the side of the road for almost 3 hours because the transmission hose blew out. That put a huge delay in our move. If the truck had been inspected this could have been caught. Thankfully my husband was driving the truck and was able to safely limp to the truck to a safe location while we waited for the repair.

BRUCE PHave appliance dollys and furniture blankets available when picking up truck. I selected both items when I was booking the truck online because I had appliances to move. When we went to pick up the truck the lady said sorry we dont have either items and we haven’t had them for a while. Because of tbis the movers were unable to move my appliances during our move. So now Im going to have to rent another truck and pay for movers again to go back and move those items.
Bradly RThe wrong dollar quote was given to me - I told the pick up location I would need one extra day and was told it was $20 per day.
Michael PThe truck has transmission issues making it hard to drive. It was sluggish to accelerate, even when the RPMs were high.

Bobby PMy son the co=Captain was attacked by 121 ants plus or minus 30. They were coming from the front passenger side under the dashboard. Thankfully I only had one along with his buddy crawl up on my leg. Gotta lift those hoods and inspect for who knows what camping out in there.

Matt SLADY FROM OFFICE NOT VERY PLEASANT COMPARED TO SERVICE PEOPLE I'M USED TO. SENT US AROUND BACK AND THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO HELP. AFTER SEARCHING FOUND A VERY IRRITABLE REPAIR GUY THAT WAS UNWILLING TO HELP UNHITCH TRAILER. I KNEW THERE WAS A WAY TO DO IT WITHOUT LIFTING THE TRAILER BUT THE NEXT GUY JUST CAME AND MANHANDLED IT UP AND OFF. NOT VERY PLEASANT OR HELPFUL AND DIDN'T KNOW THE EQUIPMENT VERY WELL. Where we came from not many dealers and always helpful and willing to answer questions. This location seemed to be a big option for Uhaul but I would choose one of the others that I see are plentiful in area next time.
