Greet clients as people come in . The way you speak to clients over the phone while clients wait send a massage to us about the way business is been conducted and professionalism. We still in covid time . One of the employees didn't wear a mask , she might have a medical condition to allow her that but she had no badge to reflect that . One of the employees wear it just on her mouth . Didn't feel comfortable with that .Dinar S.
Don't wait on other people while you are working on my needs. Employee assisted 2 other customers while I was â€œbeing helpedâ€. We traveled a total of 8 miles round trip and we did not finish within the 2 hours I had it rented for. And why would it be â€˜late' if you shut down the uhaul service part at 5:30. We turned in the van at 5:50. There should not be a late fee of $20 on my card.Terri P.

I reserved a 26 foot truck. It turned out the truck was in for repairs and not available. So I had to rent a trailer instead. They gave me the smallest trailer they had. I don't understand this because I was calm and courteous to them. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I would not recommend getting your U-Haul equipment here.MICHAEL L.
Have truck ready for pick up. Had to walk through field to find truck that I reserved 2 weeks in advance. Clean truck. The truck ran fine but was dirty . Acknowledge customers waiting in line in a reasonable amount of time.Boyd N.

I need to speak with some about a rental truck that I reserved. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the 15 ft truck was not large enough for my move. As I was checking in via â€œuhaul share â€œ I was told that there was a 26 ft available at the location I was renting from but it would be an additional $10. I agreed an I was charged $80.94 for the 26 ft rental. When I got confirmation I was given the code to the key box. The key I received was for a 15ft truck. I called the 1-8000uhaul number and they saw that the upgrade was in the system. They referred me to a local scheduler. I was then informed that the keys for the 26ft truck was not available. The Scheduler recommend that I cancel/turn in the original rental and go to another location to get the larger truck. So now we are charged twice and the error was uhaul s fault. I would like a refund of my $80.94. As I did not take possession or drive or move or open the original rental. I have NEVER been so frustrated with a rental situation as this. It takes me twenty minutes to get someone on the phone it's almost impossible to logged into the uhaul website.Andre D.

The guy behind the deck was not very friendly, he took for ever to check the hook up on the trailer. Two people were working but it still took to long to just take a picture so I could get on with my day.WAYNE G.
No issues with rented UHaul equipment. Staff at this location(other than young woman at counter) remain indifferent, slightly rude; As a customer I felt like i was an inconvenience - If needed i will utilize a different rental site, even if it means going a few extra miles.Vincent S.
Took about 30 minutes to check out the equipment even after spending 10 minutes doing a pre-checkout online scanning and sending my license information. I did that to expedite the check process but I ended waiting about 30 minutes providing my information again.Edison C.

It took me two times walking in the door to find someone to check me out. She only wrote it in a notebook & then wasn't going to send someone to help me drop the trailer. I had to ask. Also, I had to call 24 hours later because they still hadn't checked my trailer into Uhaul's system. They waited another 24 hours after that to fix it and almost cost me a late fee!! I would never recommend this location. I rent from Uhaul regularly and this was the least professional experience yet.Sheralyn C.
