The scheduling department was rude, they said that there weren't any 10 or 15 ft trucks and when I got to the location there were three 10 ft trucks, and a 15 ft truck.

The location is difficult to locate. The address and office, not visible from the entrance. The office is located within a maze of storage buildings and nowhere did I see U-Haul signage.

Lori BCustomer service was AWESOME! The online was not working correctly but he noticed that our pickup time as scheduled for 9am and it was after 12, so he changed it to 1pm and it worked!!! Highly recommend UHaul!!

MARINA NWe had a spur of the moment need for a trailer. The guy waited 20 minutes after closing time for us to get there and pickup trailer. Very good customer service and business. Would highly recommend anyone needing U-Haul use them.
