Customer service was AWESOME! The online was not working correctly but he noticed that our pickup time as scheduled for 9am and it was after 12, so he changed it to 1pm and it worked!!! Highly recommend UHaul!!

We had a spur of the moment need for a trailer. The guy waited 20 minutes after closing time for us to get there and pickup trailer. Very good customer service and business. Would highly recommend anyone needing U-Haul use them.
