Both representatives present at location were very friendly, professional and engaging. I always initiate conversation with anyone i cross paths with business wise just to get a good feel for them in that present moment. We spoke of the criminalization of poverty and both gentlemen were not only engaging but they gave great feedback...especially the caucasion gentlemen. They both showed genuine empathy just by the expressions on their faces to my back story surrounding my new move in. Most times a customer wants to talk to be heard while others want to talk to be engaging expecting open ended conversation. I recieved that on yesterday and id say that they both performed beyind exceptional customer service.

Quick and easy return. All electronic so I didn't see anyone, which was fine because the process was easy. I can't say I would use this location because I don't live there and didn't meet anyone, but the return process was outstanding...loved the electronic process.

The location was fine. Missing dollies, but since they are not a uhaul store they rely on others to bring them even though I rented 3. It was Uhaul who with I had a bad experience. Uhaul made us drive to another another location using the miles on the truck. Then Sebastian who I was speaking with said he changed the drop off location. We get to said location to find out it doesn’t show and we would be charged $500. Then told to return to pickup location again using miles on the truck.

The inside of the cab smelled like an old farmer. Stale sweat...I had to stop and get a deodorizer. Also, I had a difficult time getting the side mirrors adjusted. I would think this should be an important thing to discuss with renters. I valued my experience and grateful to be done.

Location opening time is very late, and when I returned after the opening hours, the representative had taken his lunch break and I had to wait. Lastly, he did not check in the vehicles yet, and I had to wait for him to check in the van I was using, and through this, he didn't notice that the tire pressure was very low. I would never use Uhaul again if this was the experience that was to be expected.

The truck needs to be serviced while driving it was pulling to the right! It was really hard to steer while driving in the rain!

Online checkout did not work. The site was unusably slow. And I ended up actually eating time having to manually check out and wait in line after I could not use it. If you ate going to roll out a feature it should, not sure I will use Uhaul next time after this.

Although the staff was very nice and helpful, my truck wasn’t documented when I returned it so I was receiving a call 3 days after I returned it asking when I was going to return it.

Independent UHaul sites SUCK!!! You forced me to pick the truck up there when I wanted to go to Wedgewood....BTW they had the same trucks I rented!! The sales staff at this place were complete idiots and could barely speak or understand English. The truck was a piece of shit. Engine misfired the entire drive. Wipers would not clean windshield. Tire pressure monitoring system malfunctioning and needed service when I picked it up!!! Dirty truck that smelled like a barn yard. All of this for $350. Oh yeah..after I paid you assholes changed my drop off location to more than 20 miles from where I live. I though bait and switch was illegal. What a rip off!!!! Typical scumbag American corporation. NEVER again! Buyer beware..DON"T use this company!

Frustrating experience. I was the only person there and it still took about an hour to check out, even though I had prepaid online. The gas in the truck was 1/4 of a tank less than the contract showed. Painful.

Alot- have the attendants get to work on time, clean the vehicles, get your "after hours" pick up system together, I tried to pick up the vehicle at 7:55 AM and did not get the truck until after 10 am. I lost a job that cost me 475.00 due to your flawed online pick up system and the fact that the attendant was late to work. I spent a minimum of 18 minutes EACH time that I called Uhaul before I spoke to a rep so I totaled over three hours on the phone trying to fix the poor CS issues, many that have YET to be fixed. I have waited over five days for a call back from Uhaul as promised within 72 hours. Deplorable. Will rent elsewhere in the future.

The gal in the office went above and beyond the call of duty on a very busy day for her to help me get a truck when U-Haul had a system error and my online order was mistakenly cancelled. I appreciated her professionalism in handling multiple customers and still taking the time to help me. Thank you!

The Uhaul account share online pick up system sucks. It took 48 minutes to go through your system and it never finished. Your online site kept freezing. Every time we had to add the photo your site crashed and we had to re log in and start over. I had to take 7 pictures of the odometer and fuel level. The last time we had to relog in the system said return your truck. I will recommend to everyone I know to never use your system as it is the worst application I have ever used. Why am I standing in an parking lot early in the morning hoping not to get robbed for almost an hour. The store was almost open by the time we were able to drive the truck. Useless system. Bait and switch advertising. Other than your useless online system making us late for our move everything was fine.

Make sure tires are pressure checked. One was fairly low and it’s really difficult to add air to a heavy duty tire. The manager ( Blake ) and assistant were very professional , courteous, quick , and I’ll be recommending this location for trucks and storage. Sandy Hitt, Nashville, TN

The U-haul came back late from previous customers that had been left with little trash. It also had the check engine light on. This wasn’t really an issue for me but I was also assured this would not be put against me. Doing business Blake, the rep at East Nashville Storage, was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He made sure to make things easier for me and thoroughly answer every question I had. Moving was a success all this to this transaction with Blake :)

Have longer hours on weekends the business was closed when l arrived it had closed at 3 p.m. There was no one working at that location.

Self-service took a lot longer than you'd think. Talking to a real human is much better and faster. The van was dirty, both in the cab and the back. Then I got way overcharged. Receipt was completely different from the contract that I signed. I won't be coming back to this location!

U-Haul was clean when I picked it up, but we drove through rain and it leaked. The bottoms of my boxes and my mattress were all damaged. Next time it should be made clear that the U-Haul is not waterproof, especially in the Southeast in the springtime. I would have laid down a tarp and not gotten my things damaged/moldy.

Truck was filthy. Pick up address changed 24 hours before I was due to pick it up, but I went to originally requested location. Luckily there was a suitable truck there. There were furniture pads missing from my order. The chap running things wasn't usually running the U-Haul section (but did a good job under the circumstances).

The first location we tried to drop at would not accept trailers. They sent us to another location who said they were full and couldn't accept it. They sent us to another location (the third of the day). Same story would not accept. They sent us to fourth location which they reluctantly agree to accept. Bottom line is we spent two hours driving around Nashville going to four different locations before we were able to drop the trailer.

I would have been on time for the return but I was given poor directions from the person who said that I was going the right way from James Robertson Ave to Main. I got lost and could not find my way back quickly from Downtown Nashville on a Saturday evening. Your service was excellent. Sorry

I returned the truck with 7/8 of a tank because that's how I received it. I just received my bill for returning it with 3/4.

My experience was awful. My U-Haul was supposed to be available at 8 AM. I was supposed to do a self pick-up which I started to do until it told me where to find the key. The key for the U-Haul was supposed to be under the passenger seat and there was no key to be found. No where in the vehicle was there a key. I had to wait until 9 AM until the facility was open to pick up the extra key. I wasted over an hour of my morning when I was supposed to be loading furniture into this vehicle. I don't understand why a key wasn't left.
