I called to make a reservation. When I made the reservation, I was never explained that I had to take the collision damage waiver this affected the overall price I was told to the price would be the cost of the van plus mileage I was never told that the cost of the rental would be the mileage plus the van plus the collision damage waiver I am very unsatisfied and disappointment with this overall experienceRASOHN P.
The truck rental was fine. What was not okay is that I was able to reserve multiple dollys, moving blankets, mattress cover, and an assortment of moving materials that were needed only to be told upon arrival the morning of my move that that location doesn't have ANY of those materials or moving items. Then why is it an option on the site? This was an incredible inconvenience the morning of my move and incredibly annoying. The front desk guy said to try another Uhaul location which wasn't helpful either. Get your site right or get that location the moving items. He had no explanation why that was an option or why that location has zero of the stock available for rent.Jaclyn W.

Poor customer service. I had reserved a dolly and when I got there they had none for me. They said they transferred my reservation for an appliance dolly and 10 ft truck to another location so I drove over to the other location and when I explained to the guy they had transferred it he has no idea what I was talking about. When he called the previous store off of Main St that I was at the young employees on the phone(on speaker) said they never transferred it and had no idea what I was talking about basically. So I had to proceed to drive back to my first location to finally get the truck. After an hour of driving back and forth and poor customer service I finally got the truck but never got the correct dolly I reserved. Overall very frustrating and poor experience with UHAUL.Jada D.

Personable agents, van ran nicely, was clean and full of gas. Last experience at a different location was not so good. Truck was a rag and was completely empty when i picked it up. I returned it empty and they tried to charge my card for a full tank. Thanks everybody!!!Pamela W.

Unfortunately I chose the 24/7 pickup option however this location failed to mark it as that meaning when I arrived to pick up my truck I was unable to do so until they opened. It looked as though the location was not in sync with the app. It was frustrating that not only did I have to wait around and my moving plans got delayed, but when they did open no one seemed to care or apologized for the inconvenience.Tori H.

The drop off process consisted of me handing over the keys and walking out, the personnel neither looked at the truck nor asked my name; furthermore, I have not received a receipt which is unsettling. I would offer the customer some piece of mind by checking the truck, looking up the account and confirming return and definitely providing a receipt.Erik S.

I dropped off after hours and this location did not feel safe. There were 8-10 individuals loitering on the premises, sitting inside of open U-haul trucks. One individual approached me asking for money. I was able to take photos and leave the truck, however I did not feel safe looking around for the key drop-box in the dark. I had to return to the location the next day to drop off my keys. I think this location needs to have better direction to know where to go for the key drop box and some type of regulation or security for after hours drop off.Collin V.

The truck had lots of trash: a half drunk Gatorade, an empty Red Bull can, and grocery bag with wrappers and more. There was sticky stuff on the dashboard. It was disgusting. If I'm going to pay y'all over $100 for a few hours, the least you can do is clean it up a little.Kara N.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Eli was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, and most understanding people I've ever met. I would recommend this place over any others for storage or U-Haul needs.Kaysie B.
We reserved two furniture dollies online and when we showed up to get them there were none available. It made the move in process a lot slower because we had to carry all of the heavy furniture down the hallway of my apartment building.MARY HEATHER H.

Customers Service sucks at the Pickup location and the Drop off location. Pickup location gave me a damage truck with a leaky roof. All of clothes a furniture got wet when traveling in the rain. Drop off location manger was extremely rude and was not any help our gave any compassion what I went through. I reserved truck and appliance dolly. Arrived at 8:30 am for my pick up time and app wasn't allowing me to check in. I called and got bounced around. 24/7 help was not available. Finally a woman figured out how to help check in on phone but still had trouble. No appliance dolly available or in truck. Had to wait for employee to arrive to get help with a small dolly. No one ever called to tell me there was no dolly available. Was set behind on moving day . Bad experienceCorie K.
If you are dropping off the key outside of normal business hours, you'll need this information!! You drop off the key at the front entrance. There's a slot in the garage door. I spent 30+ minutes looking for that thing because the photo they show you for drop off doesn't match what it really looks like. Hope this helps for all future U-Haul renters!Dana P.

I have been to this uhaul twice and will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and helpful and don't try to upsell me. They make things quick and easy and are wonderful!Annabel K.
When you arrive at the location you will be blindsided by a 25.00 mandatory insurance fee. The gas level was not what they told me it was. The van was loaded with dog hair all over the seats. When you check out they won't provide you with a receipt. They tell you to leave the keys in a basket on the counter. Two days later I still hadn't been emailed a bill/receipt. After two days, I called U-Haul and they informed me that the vehicle hadn't been turned in. After complaining, no one in customer service has explained anything to me. At the point of me writing this no one has contacted me. Last experience with UHaul!!!raymond R.

Back of truck was not cleaned out and despite booking a mobile pickup I was unable to complete the pickup. I showed up for the time when I booked the reservation and ended up wasting time and having to return 2.5 hours later to get the truck. Customer Service online was terrible and messed up the reservation for 9am setting it for hand pickup when the office doesn't open until 11:30am on Sundays. I specifically requested app pickup. I had to push back moving helpers and it ended up costing me more money. Your website needs to be tested for UI when selecting moving help for loading and unloading at different locations. It was the reason I used the online customer service option. This was a terrible and more expensive experience.JANET F.

You double charged my card. I was told $70 and then I got an additional charge for a total of $130. The receipt is intentionally deceptive to not tell me what I'm being charged for. This is a sleazy organization and I wouldn't recommend anyone spend money here. Frankly I'm surprised you're still in business because this company should be probably be suedAmes H.

When I got the vehicle it was parked furthest from the office. The back was open and Homeless people had clearly had a party in the back the night before. It has liquor bottles, fast food waste, cigarette butts, (weed) roaches, etc., that I kicked out into the parking lot. The cab reaked of cigs. I had reserved a dolly, but one wasn't at the store. I was told to go to a different nearby location and get one. But when I arrived they didn't have one either. So I had to go to Home Depot and rent one. It all worked out, but the experience in general is not one I would recommend for someone else.Chad S.

We rented a pick up truck with only 850 miles on it when we rented it. We were so surprised because it was very dirty and stinky. It smelled and looked several years old. Apparently, this location does not clean the truck or require it to be returned clean. People who previously rented it must have smoked an entire pack at a time rather than waste their time on each individual cigarette. Very filthy interior and exterior. No windshield washer in the reservoir to clean the windows. Very disappointing even by UHaul standards.Byron B.
