I ordered 2 furniture dolleys. When I got to the office they said they didn’t have any even though I had reserved them a week in advance. The man at the front desk offered no alternatives and did not attempt to fix the situation.

Marilyn BI used the truck for 2 hours and drove 4 miles and was over charged $700 for 650 miles. They apparently never tracked the person who used this before me because it also was dirty and had someone’s dirty socks in the seat. They now are saying they are too busy to answer the phone and dispute this charge? It’s impossible to even drive 650 miles in 2 hours so this shouldn’t have even been submitted or charged.
