Got charged for a dolly that I didnt order. Uhaul was smoked in and had to deal with that all day. $100 for 8 miles of driving and smoky smell
Matthew GIt’s convenient having U-Haul rentals in my neighborhood, but they need to clean them better between customers. I rented a van through the app, which was dirty and smelled like smoke. Upon return, I had to state it was clean so I didn’t have to pay a cleaning fee for someone else’s mess. Driving with the gross smell was bad enough.
Matthew YThere was no one there. I parked the vehicle in the parking lot and dropped the key off in the slot in the garage door.
EMILY TTruck was dirty and had trash in it, didn't provide the other equipment rented, process for mobile pickup was confusing without clear instructions. Was told to go to a different uhaul location to get missing equipment which was not the case because other location didn't know why they were telling me to come to them and they didn't have any equipment to provide
