I reserved a truck for 8:30am at this location. I got a text THE DAY OF my rental that my truck would be ready for 9:00am. No warning, no explanation. This was very confusing, as I had been able to easily select the 8:30am time slot—along with a slew of others—outside of business hours time slots when I made my reservation online. I called U-Haul support, and learned that my truck would not actually be ready until 9:30am, when the location actually opened. The other option was to swap locations and get a truck from a location in Madison. Luckily, this location opened up around 9:10am and I was able to get my truck and get going. U-Haul also reimbursed me $50. I would still not recommend this location—it's not worth the hiccup on your moving day to have to deal with a last second switch-up and innocent people on the phone who can't actually do anything about it. Pretty crappy way to start a day. If you insist on using this location, I'd call them and confirm that if you reserve a truck for pickup outside of business hours that you'll actually be able to pick it up at that time.

At the local level, maybe stay open a little later at the end of the day. At the national level, on the day of pickup the "system was down" and had apparently been down a lot in recent days. Sounded as if UHaul corporate needs to do some work to insure its systems can handle the heavier load of transactions in June.
Bryan BI had ordered 24 blankets and there were not that many available.
Nancy YNot really this locations fault, but my rental was over an hour late, set my whole day super far behind and caused me to put more miles than I wanted to pay for on my vehicle.
