How U-Haul Reviews WorkI've been using U-Haul for over 40 years. Check out/Check in is so easy now. Punch a few buttons on my phone, walk in, pick up the keys. Love it.
CASEY LThe app check in and return experience were a nightmare. Completely not user friendly, required an excessive amount of steps, took an excessively long time and barely worked. I would not use mobile check in or return again. It’s unclear why I needed to provide a reference, who was never actually called. It was also unclear prior to check in, that this info would be required, leaving me to scramble to find a third party reference 10 minutes before my reservation start. Just bring back in-person customer service, please.
Margaret DThe vehicle I reserved was not available, and the only option for me was a smaller truck. I was unable to move the items I needed to in the timeframe allotted. The staff was pleasant & did what he could. I realize it's not his fault, but I'd received multiple confirmations via email & Text, and none of them indicated I would not be able to get what I booked. I didn't find out until I arrived & was informed that the size I needed could not be provided. I will not use this location again, and for that matter, will probably never use U-Haul for any services ever again.
