I have been to this uhaul twice and will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and helpful and don't try to upsell me. They make things quick and easy and are wonderful!
Annabel K.When you arrive at the location you will be blindsided by a 25.00 mandatory insurance fee. The gas level was not what they told me it was. The van was loaded with dog hair all over the seats. When you check out they won't provide you with a receipt. They tell you to leave the keys in a basket on the counter. Two days later I still hadn't been emailed a bill/receipt. After two days, I called U-Haul and they informed me that the vehicle hadn't been turned in. After complaining, no one in customer service has explained anything to me. At the point of me writing this no one has contacted me. Last experience with UHaul!!!
raymond R.Moving truck had dirty sleeping bag in back and dirty clothes. Worker told us that homeless people sometimes sleep in the back of the truck. Not something you want to hear when you are transporting new furniture.
