Michael GU Haul is a time honored service and I will recommend it still. However the software used by the dealership is very slow and requires tech savvy skills and a smart phone. Some folks have neither, so not everyone will have as good an experience.

Michael GWorst service ever, clear and seemingly purposeful risk to exposure of COVID 19... and all you offer me is a $50 reimbursement that is given to people for change of reservation. Comical, I expressed my concerns to the customer service reps and it’s sad that this is what you came up with.

DOUGLAS ZThe truck could use some updating, it is quite a bit old. Also the pricing, while it appears to be fair, could be updated to match other, more competitive companies. The initial estimation of the rental was $75; if I would have known the final cost would have been over $100, I would most likely have chosen a different company with more flexible options for the same price.
Bill HThe online system to pick up the truck was terrible. It took FOREVER and customer service took their sweet time responding. On top of that, after our truck was 1/4 way loaded I received a call from uhaul asking if the AC worked. We were already too far in, so we just dealt with it in 85 degree weather. The customer service provided by uhaul was appalling, and I now know that Penske matches pricing. I went with uhaul because I've used you guys before without issue, but in the future will be renting from Penske.
Crystal TAwesome new ten foot truck for rental, super clean, brand new with a back up camera. Adjusting outside mirrors by hand was do- able, once I realized I would not break mirrors by leaning on them to adjust up, down and sideways. It was great to have instruction manual in front cubby. Very user friendly! Representative at front desk of East Penn Storage was super kind and helpful! Thank you!
Margaret AThe tow trailers should have a 2 inch ball not smaller, and no Jack being that it is extremely heavy . The woman was extremely helpful in Emaus. We were told that particular trailer needed a 2 inch ball that's what we had on our truck, however when we got there the trailer would not go on so we had to go back home to get a smaller ball!!

John DI wasn't aware that UHaul measurements are not what they claim to be. I rented a 10ft truck and I got a 9ft truck. I made due with what I had but sure would be nice if I got what I paid for.
Linda LNothing against the location but it wasn’t where I was supposed to pick up. Not only until I opened the app was I aware I had to drive another 15 miles out of my way to another location. Then I had to deal with the 1.5 hours of waiting for my documents to be verified because they weren’t satisfied with my license and picture even though I made the reservation under my wife’s acct. I then had to upload her info only to have to upload mine again before someone approved. Spoke to 3 different people all who were less then helpful and just kept transferring me. The last woman I spoke with did try but in the end didn’t really help. Worst experience ever renting a truck.

Daniel CThere was no help hooking the trailer. The lady was very nice. She did a good job with the paperwork and seemed to know her job. It was a busy morning for her. The trailer was off the pavement so the wheels were stuck which made it difficult to attach to the vehicle by myself.
Russell RThe roof was covered with snow and ice, and some kind of liquid was in the cup holder. Also, found out by accident that the one reverse light was out.
