Used my card. They told me that they wouldnt take the money out till i returned the truck. The momey went off my card as soon as he swiped it. Here it is 4 days later and the money still isnt back on my card.

We reserved a truck. Truck was there, however there was problems with the computer system and it took over 40 minutes to get it fixed. Employee had to call customer service twice, just a contract could be printed. This is ridiculous!! Put up 40 minutes behind schedule. Not happy! Looking for a price reduction for the inconvenience

Check your gas tanks because you gave us a tank that was not at the marker line u had highlighted we put 20$ in gas and got it were it Was and they charged 26$ for maybe 2 gallons of gas will never use this location again

There is a problem here. I am rating the place where U-Haul initially told us to drop the truck off, which was 360 N. 3rd St. in Coopersburg (across from Giant). That was listed on my paperwork, which I still have. I find it odd that U-haul changed the location without letting me know. We took the truck there, and the person there was extremely rude and did not initially want to help. We did find out where to take it, but not after this confrontation. NOT a happy camper at ALL. So that is what I'm rating. U-Haul dropped the ball on this one.

I had the clientele there check me and help me hook up and check my lights gave me the thumbs up that they were all right when I traveled south I realized one of the lights was not working so I stopped at your Colmar location. Even though it was company-owned location there wasn’t a single soul there to help me with fixing the light. Your staff gave me the tools to fix it and it delayed my trip over two hours while I rewired the one light that wasn’t even connected the wires have been torn out of it. Also in the same trailer there was a flat I discovered that on my first fill up of gas for which I had to have it fixed as well
