Excellent experience, van was spotless and ran well. Alignment could use some attention. Thanks for doing the extra work I accidentally caused (filled tank to 5/8'a instead of 3/4; tired eyes) Will definitely use again when needed :)

Worst experience ever. They locked the doors 15 minutes before they were supposed to close (according to the piece of paper on the door, the website said they were open til 11). So I went through the process online to drop the trailer off and started backing it into a spot next to another trailer and the guy came outside and screamed at me asking me what the hell I though I was doing. I explained I was returning a trailer I tried to go inside to drop it off but his door was locked so I did it online and this is where it says to drop it off and take a photo. He said I had to go to some other parking lot and leave it there and then he walked away. He offered absolutely no assistance other than to scream at me and walk away. So I had to go bring the trailer down the street and call my boyfriend to drive there to help me because this guy offered no help. Didn't give me or have a jack to lift the trailer off my truck hitch. Then my boyfriend hurt his back trying to lift the trailer off the hitch. We're not happy. I took it myself because the location was supposed to be open and I knew they would have a jack to help lift the trailer off my truck. All the guy did was scream at me and offered no help whatsoever. Extremely rude. I won't be using uhaul again most likely since this is our main location. The location in Warren where we picked it up from us almost 2 hours away otherwise I'd just go there since we had a great experience. Never again.

Everything was easy - scheduling, using the app, pickup, and drop off. Plus a super quality clean trailer, and everybody was friendly. I can't think of any improvements.

The online application process was very simple. I checked in online before I picked up my truck. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and answered all my questions. When I returned the truck I just snapped a few pictures and put the key in the slot. The truck was great And was perfect for what I needed it for. I definitely recommend this store.

The people there are incredible. Its like visiting family. You just kind of fit in and its very comfortable doing business there. Improve? Do not know of anything except the addition of breakfast with a rental. Its just a good place,to do business.

I was charged for the pads and it didn't say I hade to return them. The bag they were wrapped in said not for resale or reuse so I kept them especially with Covid 19 and bed bugs etc. the gentleman on the phone was very rude , I complained about the cab doors (weekend before) on the truck don't shut with ease my kids were scared to ride in it and they didn't fix the problem they gave me the exact same truck I had the first weekend(clearly they don't care about their customers). I ordered an appliance dolly and was told basically to bad ones not available as I was checking out on the phone...I said well I can't move without it, the gentleman again said I don't know what to tell ya we don't have one. Not until I mentioned calling local Uhaul's for one was he going to do anything. He kept trying to hang up saying well I have to go I have other customers standing in front of me...that's when I said I'm a customer too! I asked him nicely to please not try to end the call or conversation when I'm in mid conversation. Gentleman was very rude! There was a used masks in the cab that I threw away. Very disappointing. My mom just rented one from Mansfield and it was so clean and organized, unlike this location.

The doors on the truck are very hard to shut and my kids were scared to ride in it. The guy at the front desk was very short and rude with customers!

The person there was great and very helpful! The cab of the truck was dusty and dirty. While I don't expect an immaculate cleaning, I would expect some sort of sanitation, or wipe down, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The drop location had 3 different door's, the door at the front of the building was locked with a notice taped in it but no sign with arrow pointing out where to enter. It was hot out and I was worn out from the trip and had to end up walking around the whole building to find the correct door. However, the woman at the front was friendly with a smile greeting me.

I'm pretty livid right now! There was APPARENTLY a miscommunication & I was told to bring The uhaul back whenever the next day because it was Sunday & no one would there for uhaul. I received an additional bill which I tried to dispute. The man I spoke to said he would call me back & he didn't. Instead they ran my card over 2 weeks later from my initial rental day and not only charged me for an additional day with insurance but also a late fee! Never again will I deal with you.

When I reserved the uhaul, I chose the location closest to my home in Millersburg to save on the mileage costs. Yet, 2 days before the time came to pick up the uhaul I was told it was a location 22 miles away. I usually don't rent uhaul's and instead go with Penske for this reason. When I called to ask why, I was told I could cancel if I wasn't happy with the pickup location. I'm 100% sure your "scheduling managers" do this intentionally to raise additional money on in town rentals. So from here on out, I will be choosing Penske. Cleaner trucks, no mileage scams, and flat rate in town costs. I will also be posting this to google as well to vent my frustrations.

I probably will not rent from this location again. Returned the truck with the gauge at 1/2+ [adding a little for cushion]. Online billing received charged me $26.60 for 7.6 gal. of gasoline. Called location's office and was informed the truck had left at 3/4 full. I had a Contract that clearly indicated that I started with 1/2 tank. Did not wish to argue over the telephone; so I went to location's office. Employee immediately gave me the $26.60 credit without looking at my Contract or gasoline sales receipt. Honest error??? Thank you.

Very difficult to find where to drop off the trailer. Person who waited on us was not particularly helpful, offered no help to unhitch. Had to carry the blankets into their store myself. Pretty clear they don't make much from a one way rental.

There was confusion over the phone with U-haul about "guaranteed arrival time" and "delivery to my house." We planned our trip on "guaranteed arrival time" but did not get our belongings until later. When trying to clarify over the phone on at least 3 phone calls I was routed to a person who could not help me. This was at a time when moving fatigue and stress was very high making the problem seem and feel even worse than it was. U-haul did a good job of providing the method of moving, getting the U-boxes delivered, picked up, shipped and delivered. The cost was significant but seemed fair considering the distance of the move. Silver Brothers in Wooster, OH was GREAT! When they realized U-haul's miscommunication and our extended stay in a hotel waiting for our belongings, they worked after hours to get us our U-boxes. Salutes and thanks to Chris!

It didn't make sense to do online checkin and then still have to repeat the same information when checking out the truck. Also, the information wasn't accurate for the time I wanted to pickup the truck or the return location I indicated I wanted to use.

When I picked up the truck for a one way trip from Wooster to Springfield, Ohio, one person was very helpful, but the person who appeared to be the supervisor was extremely rude and appeared annoyed that I was bothering him by being there as a customer. I also witnessed him clean the back of a truck with mop using a mud puddle to rinse the mop in. In these times of sanitary practices, I was more than a bit taken back. Seeing this led me to question the cleanliness of the cab. I will never use this location again.

This location seems to be a help yourself location. Staff at the main store was polite and helpful. The actual return location is down the street with no one around to assist.

Sloooow. Nice people service is slooow! Check tire pressure light was on, no evidence of sanitation. Billed before returning van. We need a refund of $25. Not holding my breath.

So glad the employee was there to handle my drop off as the app again failed to work properly (the inability to take a picture specifically). He was very nice and helpful and allowed for a smooth drop off.

It wasn't their fault, but the van smelled like a barn in the front section. I also would have saved money to have used a truck instead of a van. Wow! Almost $100. I've used them many times, and this is the first I had this go on. I still feel they are the best. And will continue to use their service. And I do highly recommend them.

We had to go down the street from the rental office to pick up the trailer. There was only one trailer the size we wanted. Trailer was not inspected by rental office. Trailer that we received had a rusted/broken tongue. We had to go to another U-haul site to return the piece of junk that was rented to us. Other site was very helpful
