The location must have closed early that day, as I ended up having to do the return through the app as nobody was there - we arrived 15 - 20 minutes prior to the published close time - This location isn't a main U Haul hub, so it is difficult to rate cleanliness, and since they were closed I can't say how the personnel were - But you wont let me submit the review without those answers, so I answered no to all three ( not fair to them as I do not truly know ) As far as recommending to a friend, the location isn't bad, but I rushed to get there before close as I wanted to explain my experience in the hopes that the vehicle would be properly repaired before going out again -

We attempted to rent a 10 ft truck from Dalton. They explained that they didn't have one available and that we could have a 15 ft for the 10 ft price, and that we needed to pick it up from the Wooster location by 10:30am. At 8am the Wooster location called, stating they weren't busy and wanted to leave early asking if we could pick up early. We agreed, got out of bed, dressed and ready, and left the house. It's approximately a 45 minute drive from my house. At 9:25 they called again asking if we were still coming. We were literally two minutes away, and an hour earlier than our originally scheduled time. They were busy with other customers there when we arrived. They then proceeded to charge us full price for the 15 ft, which I only discovered afterwards. Poor customer service, poor experience.
Jarod BOur 26' truck had a huge patch job on driver side, and looks like pigs blood was coming from around the patch and other areas inside the box. The service was excellent but the equipment was a slight disappointment.

DOUGLAS BI understand that I had scheduled a pickup for a holiday but if you don’t want to come in for rental pickup then don’t expect rentals. We were scheduled to pickup at noon but running about 30 minutes behind. The area we were coming from had no cell service. The owner called us about 12:10 but because of no service we didn’t get the message right away. I called as soon as I got the message and the owner was quite abrupt about us not being there right at 12:00 and hung up on me. We arrived at 12:26. He was still far from being customer focused.
