I understand that I had scheduled a pickup for a holiday but if you don’t want to come in for rental pickup then don’t expect rentals. We were scheduled to pickup at noon but running about 30 minutes behind. The area we were coming from had no cell service. The owner called us about 12:10 but because of no service we didn’t get the message right away. I called as soon as I got the message and the owner was quite abrupt about us not being there right at 12:00 and hung up on me. We arrived at 12:26. He was still far from being customer focused.
