This was no one there to help lift the trailer off my vehicle. As there is no tongue jack it is very difficult

So if there were any issues the alternative would have to that personal notes and or pictures would need to be made available if necessary, before start and end of rental pictures and or notes. Thank you, however for a excellent service.
CHARLES NI was having issues with the UHaul app at drop off. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman working there on 4.4.26 around 3:45 p.m. assisted me with the check in. He himself was having issues with the UHaul system. I don't know what I would have done to return the truck without incurring an extra charge because the UHaul app would not recognize location although I was in the proper place. There is often no substitute for human interaction in business transactions.
