I have dealt with this location many times and every time has been a great experience. I would not object to coffee and a donut on my early morning equipment pickups.

Horrible pickup process that delayed my move. I was told go inside to the desk to get the keys. The location was closed and it took several calls to get assistance. The keys were in a lockbox outside. I entered a ticket requesting reimbursement for the first hour since the rental was delayed and have had zero follow up.
