Randall A.Had to go inside to complete the pickup process and they altered my rental agreement without permission. They added some physical damage coverage which I had declined online when I made my reservation. I've reached out to U-Haul customer service.
Crystal B.When you type in “East Side Storage†on GPS, it takes you to a location that is not where the U-Haul drop off site is. This was extremely confusing and it took us over 40 minutes to figure out where it needed to actually be dropped off.
