I was very happy with the overall experience of renting a unit here, however I feel that snow and especially ice was a hindrance during the winter months. A bit more maintenance during the winter months would be great. The staff were great, customer service was excellent, overall I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Clean units and friendly staff. The Sea-cans they utilize for storage were completely rodent proof. No leaks, rodents, or even a single cobweb in three years of long term storage.

Rented a rv storage spot for the many years from east side storage. Sold my camper so we parted ways. But next camper i buy, I will be renting a spot from them again.

These people go far and beyond their job descriptions I've never had such kind and helpful people and security is amazing the owner he's a very kind and concentrate man wouldn't ever hesitate to store anything in their yard and campsites/cabins are fully equiped for all your needs washrooms and laundry are allways immaculate very clean facilities and grounds honestly I personally couldn't say anything bad about east side 20,000% recomended. And thank you guys you really helped me out . .

Great place, except they increased the rates for the RV back-in spots by 66%. The increase was too substantial at one time. Now I can justify getting a lake lot.

We have been using East Side Storage for many years to store our RV in the winter. The customer service is fantastic. We needed to get our RV out earlier than usual this spring. All we had to do was ask for some help moving some snow to access our RV and it was done. Followed up with a friendly email to let us know it was done. That follow up was very helpful. The facility is very secure. We would definitely recommend East Side Storage. and Shelley

Thanks so much for accommodating us when we needed it and making the payment process seamless. Would definitely recommend to others as the unit was clean, easy to secure and accessible to the main highway. It also helped tremendously that the UHaul drop off was at the same location.

Always very clean and well maintained. There was one time recently when the gate wouldn't open, and the office was closed- there was still someone available to run over and help us out explaining they were having issues with the gate, which got fixed shortly after. Always very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
