Nikkita T-make sure to double check the mileage before leaving. I had trouble when returning the vehicle I'd rented as the person who filled in the information upon registration made an error...the correction of this error took over 20 minutes... 20 minutes of precious daylight driving time (I had another hour highway driving to return to my starting point).. Add insult, the fact that I had to wait due to UHAUL error, it kind of blew my mind, re: gracious customer service, the UHAUL had the nerve of adding the charge for ONE MILE OVER ESTIMATE !!!! Are you kidding me???? really???!! making a client wait over 20 minutes for a company error!!????and then making them pay for ONE MILE !!! Public relations is NOT your forte!!! It may be only be just over a dollar , but... that's not really the point.. It just felt a bit petty on your part....If it wasn't for the professionalism on the agent at that location, I would not be recommending to anyone to use UHaul , ever!!.. but, as it is, the person did the best the occasion required which I am ever so grateful for...tho... she could also have suggested that the additional charge be negated due to the inconvenience to their customer (ie..me ).
Susan MEast Side Storage was a convenient one stop shop for all moving and storage needs, wide selection of moving boxes, supplies, friendly staff.. Clean, secure and modern self storage facility and only 6 minuets from Peace River! They have local charity storage unit where good used items are donated, when the unit is full they auction it off online and all $ proceeds are donated to a majority vote community non-profit group like the SPCA or soup kitchen for example. So if you’re moving and have something to donate don’t forget! 🎗️

Anthony CWhat a difference!! The drop off location was amazing! I was dealing with the regional manager for Westlock by now, but a smooth drop off with the small exception of them being rather difficult to find initially. I got my receipt promptly once the office opened. Contact was responded to immediately- and I was never made to feel like my bad experience with Westlock was invalid or tiresome. If anything, they seemed to want all the harder to at least have one positive experience for me in the whole thing. Exceptionally friendly staff- despite the office being closed I was greeted by the onsite manager- I guess I looked a little lost, lol- and given clear direction on where to park the truck, when to expect my receipt, and the method of it, etc. All in all, a relief after the horror of the pick up!

Mark KWe have been using East Side Storage for many years to store our RV in the winter. The customer service is fantastic. We needed to get our RV out earlier than usual this spring. All we had to do was ask for some help moving some snow to access our RV and it was done. Followed up with a friendly email to let us know it was done. That follow up was very helpful. John NThe staff at East Side Storage made the arrangements for the truck and explained that UHaul couldn’t guarantee that it would be in Peace River for us. We were thrilled to find we didn’t need to fetch it because the move was from property 90 minutes north of Peace River. Everything went smoothly. I appreciated a call from UHAUL 36 hours before we were to get the truck, confirming that it would be in Peace River when we needed it. Stress-reliever! The truck was perfect for the job. The men appreciated the ramp & all the tie straps. Good job, everyone.

Gillian WOver all the problem is not the locations about dealers . THE PROBLEM LIES WITH BOOKING , ROUTING AND ANYTHING CONNECTED TO U HAUL . Wouldn't recommend their use to anyone . WPRST cpmpany I've ever had the misfortune to deal with .Don't bothe rbooking as they do not honor their commitment. Give you a loust $50. to cover themselves when things go wrong

Gurkirpal SMy original reservation was for a 15 foot truck. Shortly after making the reservation I was contacted by a representative from U-Haul to say that this size vehicle would not be available but they could supply a 10 foot truck at the same location. When I arrived at the North End Reddi Mart as per my reservation I was told they had no truck for me. I was then told to go to the East Side Storage location which is much further out of town. They too did not have a truck for me as per my reservation. They did however let me use a larger truck for the few hours that I needed it. I would say that the location helped me out but the overall service from U-Haul was terrible.
