When the customer orders a furniture dolly online and picks up the truck using the 24/7 app after regular business hours. Have the furniture dolly on the truck so all the customers needs are met and they don’t have to waste time, mileage Or money going back to the pickup location. The staff at the site are friendly and helpful Though.

I've rented at this location a few times and might not use them next time. The bad: Twice they've provided incorrect information and costs and are very slow, even when I do the online check in prior to arriving. Once they recommended I tie a pair of hand trucks to the roof rack, which would be very unsafe, The good: The personnel are friendly and the location is clean.

Maybe soften the insurance sales pitch. We felt a lot of pressure to buy the insurance. Scare tactics were used to create fear of damaging the truck. Complete with a story of a customer ending up in the hospital. It was just too much. Leaves you feeling uneasy. I notice all the car rental companies are doing this too. It almost makes you not want to rent, out of fear.

When i went to return the truck i called the number that was given to me and received a location and instruction on where to drop off the truck. When i got to the location i was told that they didn't want the truck???? the person seemed annoyed with the instructions that i received from the call.. She gave me a new number and address SO I COULD CALL. Luckily the 2 location i called said that they would accept the truck.,The first location just gave me a street address and no direction on where the 2nd location . After wasting and hour driving around to find the 2nd location i was professionally greeted by the 2nd location and they processed the truck in a timely manner. I would think that UHaul could do a better job in knowing where to drop off the trucks.What would have happen if nobody would accept the truck????

Trailer had over 30 little "x" stickers all over the trailer, and more were added before I left. The trailer looked to be in rough shape, but it towed like it was brand new. No complaints!

When I called the pre-arranged drop off location, it wasn't as if I was welcome; he said, 'okay, I guess I will take it.' When I explained my gas story he pretty abruptly shut me down.

I order furniture dolly an when I pick up the truck they did not have them. The truck was not fuel it had a 1/4 of tank.

We had trouble with the tail lights stayingng on and stopped four different times to fix enroute. Otherwise we had a good experience.the sales person in bonita springs was very helpful.

Customer Service aren't words I would use to describe our experience at this location. We drove our truck 16 miles and were charged for 4 gallons of gas. The tank was supposedly full. Clearly it wasn't. When we tried to discuss we were told it was our fault for not confirming what he told us. Really? Further, I paid for a days rent and was told I had to return the truck at the end of the 4 hours I reserved it for. Another customer, male, was told no problem, bring it back any time the next day. Sours my view of uhaul as a reasonable moving alternative.

Lots of small damage to truck and it wasn’t noted , just faraway pics , had to note those b4 leaving . Not that it impacted my rental but it wasn’t noted anywhere about current minor damages
