The service at this location was exellent, however the original rental location (Ship & Pack on Everglade rd) was below poor.

David TNo issues with the place at all but as far as the U-Haul online booking system I wish it would allow you to book a motorcycle trailer for more than 24 hrs. I saw it was an option for other trailer types. In my case I knew I’d probably need it for 2 days so I wish that option was easier to select from the start then having to rent and call later for more time.
Natasha CI rented 3 total Dollie’s 2 being appliance and the truck had zero. The truck had no AC and the breaks in the vehicle were extremely tight
