Your storage company was great. The problem is that I recently bought a boat to store and once I was in the process of placing it in storage there was not enough room outside to maneuver in the space. I just didn’t plan on my truck and trailer being so long. I planned on staying there for a long time but it would not fit. The ladies running your place are so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I wish it would have worked out.

We felt very confident in leaving our possessions with East Texas Storage while we RV'd around the country for nearly three years. Recently, we stopped traveling and moved into a house. Our possessions were just as we left them with no issues. No moisture, no pests, no issues. We were quite pleased with all aspects of our storage experience.

Negatives: Back side of the facility was under construction, and the pot holes on the back dirt road were never fixxed, even with excavation equipment parked on site. The row my unit was on didn't have outside lights, or internal lights, or sockets to charge boat batteries. Also, the primary road in has weird declines in it that are steep. I wouldn't drive a car down them because you might bottom out and scape front end. My biggest complaint is the hours. If you like to fish at night, or fish all day and get back there after 9, they're closed and your code wont allow you access. It cut some fishing days short in the summer. Heads up to the fisherman. Positives: friendliest staff ever! 5 stars on the staff and how helpful they are!! The lady that works there now is nothing short of an angel! She went above and beyond for me several times, even after hours. Overall nice place, I still wanted to point out the things I thought could be improved.

We stored our Travel Trailer @ the E Texas Storage Center for approximately 3 years. We could not have been happier with the facility and staff. We found the monthly fee for storage and AC to maintain battery levels to be very reasonable. Their recent addition of WIFI access opened up the ability to directly monitor your rig through security hardware such as simply safe. The only reason we terminated our contract was due to the sale of our travel trailer,
