Eventually the right staff came to support the rental. They had a lot going on in the shop and U-Haul is just not their primary business. They did ok in the end.

The back of the truck was not clean. It had broken glass, mice/rodent droppings and roaches. I had to clean it out before putting my stuff in there. Had hoped I didn’t have to fumigate my belongings
