No staff, no clear instructions and UNSAFE because the only way I could exit the lot was to call a cell number for someone to open the gate (I’m not talking about the gate for vehicles…there is no pedestrian exit! What is there was a fire or the guy on the phone had an emergency…people would be trapped inside! What is the process to request a refund or discount based on our terrible experience ?

Tony RI signed up for 24/7 service. When I looked on to get my van, it said one wasn’t assigned and to call. Upon calling, they said this site hadn’t setup the 24/7 service and I had to wait until they opened at 9:00am. Then the person was late so by the time they arrived at 9:20, there was a line up. Then they said the van that was assigned was blocked so gave me another van but that I shouldn’t click on the link to finalize my registration. In the end, I got a van in good condition and upon return, all was sorted out but it was very chaotic during the pickup and I was over 1/2 hour late to leave.

John LIt is an improvised location that lacks parking, the truck was on the street on a sidewalk, the office in addition to small should organize it a little, the person who attended us excellent. The location should be improved a little. You must try to have the requested accessories in the truck, it was necessary to look for it everywhere, which delayed the departure.
Zoltan SI rented a 15 foot truck and it didn't have a backup camera. It was very hard to navigate. Otherwise it was a great vehicle.

SAMIULLAH AI was charged 5 times the advertised price. The car was dirty when I got it and I was still charged a 25$ cleaning fee at the end, by default. I will never use this service again wnd tell anyone I know to avoid it. Absolute scam.

RENE MExcept that the unit had a string wet dog smell, service at the location was great. However my complaint is towards the process. There should be a check out notices/reminders either in the vehicle, the site, the sms notifications or anywhere. Movings are not easy and drain all your energy. It was not until I was checking why my gps was still on in my phone that I noticed that I had to do an in-app check out. By the time I noticed this I was far enough from the site, so I had to request to go back during my uber trip, which costed me $15 extra that were not considered in my budget. Once there I was asked to upload specific photos of the van. How would I be supposed to do it if I had dropped off the keys and unit already? I had to take photos of the pictures from my friends phone. This situation was completely annoying and frustrating. I’d like to kindly request for confirmation that everything is okay with the unit and to be paid for the extra amount I paid for the additional uber stop aWe left our unit parked around 7PM, it was was never to
Julien CThe location based on a swamp and ice my boots were deep in mud and since they didn’t salt where the trucks are parked, I was about to fell down pretty bad. Also, when I went to location, they said that the dolly that I reserved doesn’t have their location, which was frustrating in a moving day.

Mark CPlease do not overcharge customers for fuel. I had already refilled the gas to the same level before returning the vehicle. However, I have been charged for 20 liters, which I did not use during my entire rental period. Kindly review and correct this discrepancy.
Moin uI arrived early to get ahead of the early birds - only for the agent to come 10 minutes late. When I went out to get the trailer, I found it iced in, so I had to wait for the agent again because the connection had to be precise, since the trailer wasn't movable. The trailer itself was fine

TYLER LI order an utility dolly and dozen blanket, but they don't have anything, the truck was covered in snow and the back door was frozen. before moving the truck from the lot we need to clear the snow from front and rear door. opening the loading door was a mess and time taking.

MOHAMMAD KI registered prior to picking up the trailer. I arrived at the location and the trailer was buried in the snow. I had to help the staff member dig it out and lift it onto my trailer hitch.
STEPHANE CDon't charge extra fees when asif said they would be covered. The truck had more than one foot of snow on it. The tire low indicator was on. I had to pump it up. It was at 15 Psi. The battery died on me. It was a disaster.
MELISSA WI ordered 2 dollies with the truck but when i arrived to pick the truck up, no dollies were given to me and it really slowed down the moving of my things out of my apartment. A heads up would have been nice

JIE CLocation difficult to find - office is hidden! We circled it a few times before a staff came out and flagged us down. Every staff in person or on the phone we spoke with was lovely, the truck itself worked exactly as needed, but the overall experience of pickup and dropoff was aggravating. The original mobile pickup at our location near Gerrard Square wasn't prepared for us, so by the time we finally got rolling we were an hour behind.
SHELDON LThere was one person working at the time of pick up and he was overwhelmed by the number of customers. He did a great job; he was just in a bad situation. Our trailer, while clean on the inside, was left open so there was snow and ice accumulation where to door was latched down. We were delayed in leaving because we had to spend fifteen minutes brushing and scraping the ice so the door would latch closed.

Janna MGive these poor employees a proper facility to work in. Not even vapor barrier just exposed insulation in a shed. Despite this they were nice, though the location didn’t have blankets which I had planned with the booking. No discount, price actually significantly jumped from the price that I booked. Not much negotiation when you’re planning a move and need a truck.
ROBERT MBuild your personnel something more than a ramshackle little hut to do their job in, it’s creepy and weird in there. Build them a proper building, and furnish it properly. Very foreboding and uninviting, deterrent even.

WING CThis experience was disappointing mainly due to the drop-off location’s lack of support and accountability. Staff were unhelpful, and basic issues were not resolved properly, forcing me to contact U-Haul customer service repeatedly. While customer service agents were professional and tried to help, the poor handling of my account, billing, and deposit made the process frustrating and stressful. Communication was unclear, and I was left chasing updates that should have been provided upfront. U-Haul needs better oversight of drop-off locations, as this inconsistency significantly affects the customer experience.
BAHRAM AUhaul was very messy - crumbs all over the seats. I was told that if I don't fold all of the moving blankets when I drop off, I would incur an additional fee (but that is no where in the contract). I was charged $19 for gas because I brought back the vehicle half full when it was just slightly over half full to start. The difference was at most $5 worth of gas and I shouldn't have to pay 4x that amount.
