The location is convenient, and the employee was kind and courteous. However, I was surprised by the condition of the office where he works. When I entered the workspace, I didn't expect it to be like that. It's surprising that a large company like U-Haul provides such a poor working environment for its employees.

Tony RThis really was the dirtiest van I have ever rented. That being said, the guy running the show was great and the van itself worked well and was pretty good on gas. We were able to drop the van off after hours. So overall this was a very postive experience except for the van being dirty and still having stuff from someone else in it. Maybe it just came back overnight and they didnt have a chance to clean it as we were the first customers

Ingrid SI made a last-minute reservation by phone quite late the night before. The gentleman at the office in the morning was polite and helpful, and I got the vehicle fast. The van could have used a vacuum and a wipe-down of the front dash. Otherwise, a seamless and excellent first-time experience. Would love to see you open a bit earlier in the morning, 8 am would make sense. I won't hesitate to use you again and will recommend you to friends and neighbours!

Tony RWe were surprisingly impress, beyond our expectation, we received from Rez, the staff who assisted us from the time he opened the secured gate, the thoroughness of explaining to us the contract and what we are in for, time he spent with us explaining the vehicle, and the time we returned (undamaged) the vehicle. I will absolutely recommend this location to a friend or to anyone who would inquire about U-Haul. Keep it up Rez!

John DThis facility was excellent. Unfortunately, the place we actually booked the truck for at 1450 O'Connor Drive, #101 had failed to prepare the truck for our pickup at 9am (they open at 10am). So, we had to scramble and with the help of UHaul customer service we were able to pick up a truck at this location. So 1450 O'Connor was a disaster and 47 Industrial was great
Cristina SI don't want to cheat myself if i am not really happy for the double charges. The payment was too much. Was charged for the returned and charged for pick up. Can make people upset. Was return Sunday and no body out there. I cannot say helpful.

Lisa MThe office looks like a shed. Exposed electrical inside. Looks like a fire hazard to me. The space is shared with a construction company so there’s dust everywhere. Most vehicles would have dust on them. The inside cabin of the van that i got had dust everywhere inside. There was lint and dirt in the door pockets or bottle holders. I had to use a wet wipe to wipe it down to feel comfortable using. The vehicle the app assigned me when apparently not ready so I got assigned a different vehicle which to me was dirty inside.

My issue is the fact I requested a month in advance a location close to home, but then I am told I have to drive over 45 min each way to a different location. Again, booking a month in advance which is clearly useless. Both sales people for pick and drop off were great.

Tony RWhen I went to pick up the trailer I arrived a bit earlier the gate was closed so I called the number that is on the gate and some answers and said maybe the guy that’s supposed to be there is parking his truck I’m like ok and after 5 minutes here comes the guy grumpy and he ask me to come to the office so he can fill up all the info the office was very dirty not very professional to invite people to sigh a contract I wouldn’t even set on the chair was so dusty and dirty.

Omid GTrailer was great. Outrageously pricey for a one-way travel (vs same location drop off). Also, calling the day before pick-up to change location of pick-up is terrible. I had rented two weeks prior; either let me know sooner or get the trailer to my desired pick-up location - you had lots of time.

Tony RThe online reservation system is chaotic. The amount of extras to get to the checkout is insanity. I don’t know how many times I entered my information in the same loop I lost count. I don’t want to download your app for a 1 time rental. Your website should have an equally good experience. Also the pricing is fucked. The amount of hidden fees is fucking frustrating. $2 per mile AND I have to add gas. The cost per mile should cover the cost of gas, because the rental isn’t $30, it’s however far you travel. Like pick a fucking pricing system. I had to use uhaul because the normal place I rent from didn’t have any available on the day I needed it. Otherwise I wouldn’t have used uhaul.

GARY SNo staff, no clear instructions and UNSAFE because the only way I could exit the lot was to call a cell number for someone to open the gate (I’m not talking about the gate for vehicles…there is no pedestrian exit! What is there was a fire or the guy on the phone had an emergency…people would be trapped inside! What is the process to request a refund or discount based on our terrible experience ?
