KIMBERLY GWe were sent to 3 different locations before we finally got a truck. One location said the truck would not start . the next location was open and we had to wait for the third location to open to pick up a truck. Our pick up time was 8:30am and obviously that did not happen.

MARK OShravan was amazing, quick and professional in helping me for the check-in process. He also helped point out where I can park my car safely. This is the second time using this location's services and recommend to my company for all future truck rental services. Hopefully they get to upgrade the office space so that it can be as inviting as their wonderful and hardworking staff.
HELEN CI would never recommend this location to anybody looking for Uhaul equipment since they play games with the billing and charge you for extra days even after the equipment is returned.
STEPHEN SExperience was great. The front desk/portable area was a bit off putting. I didn't have an issue but other customers may be deterred. Signage for where the front desk/check in area would be great.

RENE JOriginal pickup was supposed to be Weston Rd and Wilson. The additional drive and time through Toronto traffic and cost of 407 was annoying.

ANDREW JStaff was great and trailer was available when we expected it. We just felt bad because of the horrible "office" (a third world shack that was obviously very cold) the nice man had to work in. You should do better for your employees, U-Haul!

JOHN TI rentd a van a few weeks previous that had a fob making it so much easier to lock and unlock all the doors all at once. Because we were in and out of the van a number of times we had to to lock and unlock it each time getting things out of the back and out of the side including the driving and passenger door. It is not big deal, but it would have been more convenient . Also there was no USB charger in this van, and that was a concern for me. There was a plug in but I did not have an actual chargee with me ecase I did nott need one with the previous van. I was still grateful to get a van, but I just wish I had known so I could have been better prepared. I will know for next time. Other than that all was ood and the person working was also excellent and very patient and kind.

STUART FAbsolutely nothing, everything was perfect. The representative was amazing, extremely calm under pressure since it was very busy, very helpful and very nice.
DAVID MI had booked the truck three weeks in advance for 9:30 AM, and the helpers were scheduled to arrive at 10:00 AM. Despite informing the staff that I was in a hurry, I was only able to pick up the truck after a 45-minute delay. I also had to assist the staff myself in order to move things along.

SOHAIB KThe truck should be trust worthy. It didn’t start after refuel and we got panicked. Fortunately the road side assistance lady was so good and provide assistance at the most needful time.
