JOHN TI rentd a van a few weeks previous that had a fob making it so much easier to lock and unlock all the doors all at once. Because we were in and out of the van a number of times we had to to lock and unlock it each time getting things out of the back and out of the side including the driving and passenger door. It is not big deal, but it would have been more convenient . Also there was no USB charger in this van, and that was a concern for me. There was a plug in but I did not have an actual chargee with me ecase I did nott need one with the previous van. I was still grateful to get a van, but I just wish I had known so I could have been better prepared. I will know for next time. Other than that all was ood and the person working was also excellent and very patient and kind.

STUART FAbsolutely nothing, everything was perfect. The representative was amazing, extremely calm under pressure since it was very busy, very helpful and very nice.
DAVID MI had booked the truck three weeks in advance for 9:30 AM, and the helpers were scheduled to arrive at 10:00 AM. Despite informing the staff that I was in a hurry, I was only able to pick up the truck after a 45-minute delay. I also had to assist the staff myself in order to move things along.

Iain MMy issues with Uhaul are not related to the pick up or drop off locations, rather they are related to the app and the truck. The App: it's very frustrating where you auto include the dolley and moving pads into the app functionality. I understand you are trying to be helpful and also to upsell, i try and do that in my business every day but auto selecting them is annoying as i had to change my location a few times and missed that they were in the basket. Then i had to call your customer service people to get them removed from the order. The truck: I tried to adjust the mirrors on my 15' truck and it was very difficult. I was worreid that if i pushed/adjusted too hard that i would break the mirror and then need to pay for the repair. I would recommend some stickers here to notify the customer about how to adjust the mirrors, a tool that is so essential when driving a truck.
MATTHEW OTruck was good. The floor of loading area was covered with an oily substance - not good if you move furniture and mattresses. The pull-out ramp became dangerously slippery mixed with rain!!!

Mike MMy rental agreement was with the Warden/401 outlet, Which is convenient for my purposes. The subsequent switch to east York was owing to lack of equipment.at that location. End result was; since it was not open for the early morning pickup I needed, I had to pick up the late evening before during rush hour one hour each way and 19 truck kms plus overnight parking arrangements later I was in a back to the pickup arrangement I originally contracted for. Not happy! The location itself is hard to find,run down lot and the office is a hut with no washroom or furnishings. The attendant was friendly.

SAVERIO VBattery died mid move causing difficulty, stress and strain. The truck was also dirty with lots of wood and pine bits left behind making it unsuitable for moving.

VIKRAM JShravan is an amazing worker who went above and beyond. It was my first time using U-Haul and I didn’t really know the steps. But Shravan not only made sure that I got my truck and got the process done properly. But he also allowed me to contact him when I needed to. He was busy with other customers but he would always find time to reach out when he was free. I never really write reviews, but this time I had to because the customer service is beyond amazing

DEMETRIOS OWhile the staff member was helpful, good-mannered, and clearly trying their best, they were also overwhelmed. It took almost an hour before I had my van and was out of there to do my move, exhausting me before I even got to work with what I had to move. The previous renter of the van I was initially assigned parked it in a place where it wasn't supposed to be and it became stuck. While not the facility's fault, they need to do a better job of preventing the average Joe of making mistakes which will hamper the next day's operations. Put pylons where vehicles must not go, and lay down bricks or gravel in depressions that will trap wheels. The staff levels also need to be dynamically responsive to the bookings for that day, all of which were known in advance. The office is, respectfully, a dump. Which doesn't really matter to me since I was just there for the van, and especially wouldn't have mattered if I had gotten in and out quickly, but I wouldn't send anybody who cared about that sort of thing there. Surely some insulation, basic drywall, and cheap vinyl tiling wouldn't take more than a few days' work. It would also save money on running three electric space heaters.

RESHAD FCheck the air tire pressure to ensure it’s all filled evenly. The air pressure warning appeared while I drove off the lot, however, Shravan was accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

Kaustubh D1- the agent was not pleasant any more like he was in first transaction. This was actually stated by himself after we worked on pulling out the vehicle out of snow for two hours while I was trying to be helpful. So he politely told me to shut up . 2- He started bossing and micromanaging customer that is me. 3- He showed some grid and dishonesty too. After I asked him to let me have the same truck I had the day before because I had put too much gas in it. He came up with 2 lies to deny my request. First he said he had another booking which was ridiculous because there were so many trucks available. Then he claimed he had lost the key for that truck. 4- the visor was not sitting in place properly and the holder was brittle and broke. It's a good thing I had insurance. Because he was making a big thing out of it and blaming me.
BEHROUZ FI don't blame the operator. I think heavy snow related but I had a flat tire that I added air to and the gas was low and needed to gas up before starting my mission. Staff were friendly and worked to resolve the issue. Felt they addressed the matter in a fair manner.

Ghulam MThe driveway was covered by almost 50 cm of snow and no vehicle could get out. The man worked very very hard and got tired. As a result he was not as cool as he used to be at beginning.
