The steps at the entrance were rickety and the office, if you can call it an office was dirty, it is unfinished with exposed insulation which is a health hazard for the workers and clients. it is cluttered and disorganized. I had to wait for 30 minutes to check out. The person at the office was poorly trained and was not familiar with the process. sorry to be telling you something that UHAUL should already know. None of your executives would find this location acceptable in today's environment. I am a regular client and have experienced many of your locations. This is by far the worst. I hope that UHAUL can up their game. Regards, Not a very happy client.

M GThe location of the office was in a shed that was full of mold. It also has exposed insulation and wiring. Mold covered everything in the office from the sign on the door to the insulation. The location had also not shoveled and had no railing on the platform attached to the shed where you enter. I was instructed to return the truck to a different location than I had selected but then when I tried to return it the app had my initial location selected which was frustrating because it was an extra thirty min driving.
JOANNA EThe attendant was great and very helpful. Unfortunately the tires on the rental truck were bald and therefore the truck was not useable in the winter snow. Winter tires should be included on all rentals in Canada during the winter months.

MICHAEL VPick-up was extremely slow with no apologies for delay. Line up of 8 people out the door by the time I left. I know the 1 clerk was trying their best but this location cannot handle the amount of pickups at the same pick-up time in the shed made into an office — poor logistics that cut into everyones schedule for the day. They would benefit from more staff at peek times since they had to leave and show people trucks and do walk-arounds. Truck had a check engine light. Unfortunately, I would recommend some other locations I have used in the past.

PRAJJWOL MI don't understand U-Haul's odd business model. Instead of having large, well-stocked, proper rental locations it now has a bunch of small locations in places like corner stores and other tiny venues that don't have a sufficient stock of vehicles or any kind of professional backup.

JOHN PAgain U-Haul changed our drop off location which resulted in a $25 Uber charge, our original drop off location was within walking distance for us. For this we were not offered any compensation.
Roger FThe drop off was not as expected. The phone number to open the gate did not go to anyone. The yard is very small and trailer navigation has to be done slow. I ended up contacting customer service to have a solution to the trailer drop off because I could not access the yard. The location needs to rethink the access availability. I will always rent U haul trailers, but not at this location.

DUMAS CQuick and smooth pick-up process. The staff explained everything clearly and the truck was ready on time. Equipment was clean and in good condition. It would help if parking around the location was a bit easier, but overall a very good experience.

MICHAEL NFirst thing in the morning, there was only one gentleman working who had to work very hard and I feel bad for him. If he had help, esp. first thing in the morning it may be helpful and less stressful for him and the customers. The van was in great shape and all else went well.

But, who ever owns that location seriously needs to invest in the office building, its a shack and a very poor reflection on any brand. The guy does the best he can but building would turn people from that location.

HOANG DThis particular location and staff were excellent and so appreciated since I'd been rerouted there after a frustrating experience at my previously confirmed pickup location. I had received an update on my reservation from uhaul the day before my pickup, with a different location. But, after getting dropped off at that location - they didn't have the correct equipment despite the confirmation and adjustment from the day prior. Fortunately the uhaul customer service transferred me to this great East York location. Next time I will book directly with this location.

JOHN LI drove the vehicle back to the original location 291 college st. but they told me to return to another lot. Then I drove a lot extra miles to 47 industrial st. I need reimbursementu for extra miles and fees for uber get back to the original location. The uber cost me 20 dollars.

Ilan SThe location had non-existent signage. I saw U-Haul equipment everywhere, but no signs for where to park nor where the office was. I drove around the back part of the extensive property and got lost. Finally I asked a security guard who was passing by where the office was, and I was able to get there. I parked beside the office, but was told to my my car to outside the fence. Also for returns, the owner mentioned I could return it anytime, but had to call his cell number so he could let me in. I didn't feel comfortable calling him in the middle of the night, and decided to return it in the morning, wasting a bit more of my time. The location was very confusing and unwelcoming. Your Warden Avenue location is fantastic.

Yubo SShortly into our journey I noticed the front tire was EXTREMELY worn with tread totally gone on one side of the tire. It would never pass a safety and was definitely not safe. Also had filled out reservation online but went back to check it and I didn't exist. Had to call 800 number and all was rectified by pleasant girl on the other end. Very stressful last minute experience. Location experience was pleasant and straightforward. I would recommend you check the equipment carefully before leaving.

Tony RThe truck was not loaded and ready for my prompt pickup at 9am. Had to gather my own supplies. Also the ramp from truck was dirty - stained with some sort of purple liquid. We had to clean it ourselves before using it to transport and roll our contents up the ramp.
