Paul DPerhaps schedule more staff on or near the 1st of the month. We waited a little while to get our truck through your representative, who was hard put with a long line of customers, early in the morning, even though we'd pre registered. Seems short sighted.
John CI was waiting for 75 minutes to do check in, because there was a queue of 8 people, due to problems with the webpage/system of Uhaul. The agent did what he could and try to make it easier
Sergio RI went there at 7:40am and lost 1:20 min waiting to pick up the truck,just a person works and a lot of people waiting to, my schedule was 8am, I never go back for a rent more.
