The original location that we originally planned for drop off was full. The place they changed the drop off to didn’t exist anymore. They were a bunch of others in the same predicament. We had to spend a good 30 minutes on the phone. We were on our way back to the Eglinton drop off and we passed the new location. We did pull in and drop it off there. This was so unacceptable and time consuming after an already long day. It was complete chaos and so disorganized. No impressed at all. I will definitely not be recommending this service again.
Amanda PEverything was fine until I tried to return the truck. The guy that was there was very nice and actually helped me. I am doing this to alert the other problem.
SHAWN GIt was a temporary location and returning the truck was a pain as there was no key drop box and the app wouldn’t recognize it as the right location. The attendant didn’t give that heads up so I wasted a lot of time returning the truck talking to U-Haul support. Could have been easily avoided with proper communication and a drop box.
bradley bTruck was clean enough. Truck was not comfortable to ride in. Very loud and jarring over bumps on the road, needs maintenance. Roll up door was hard to open and close, needs maintenance.
