When I turned in the truck, they didn't check it in on time. And I got a call from uhaul asking if I turned it in. I told them I turned it in the day before at 1:30. I finally got my paper work from the rental through email and the location said I returned it at 7:30 which wasn't true. They didn't refund me for returning it early and they charged me extra for the miles instead of balancing it out with the early return. I would give this place a zero and have someone else take over their uhauls. Worst experience ever.Thalia M.

Let people know that if it is closed to please return via online. The posting was his behind a pole and a big tire. We waited and kept calling so we could return the truck but after 2 hours my grandson noticed the return post then we returned the truck. Had we known that they would be closed then we would have done it as soon as we arrived. Thank you. Otherwise, they were professional and polite.blanca Z.

One improvement, would be a detailed sign displayed large enough to find. Especially, during low light or early night time. The convenience of this location was great if the tenants of the house didn't have issues leaving on time. No fault of UHaul, just unseen circumstances. I asked they tighten my hitch ball and they said they didn't have a wrench that big. I had to leave U-Haul and go to a nearby trailer shop to ask for this. In my opinion, a U-Haul location should have a wrench for this at minimum.IVAN G.

Waited 45 minutes for them to tell us that they did not have the car dolly we reserved nor did they have all the blankets I ordered. I ordered 40 and they had 12. All the blankets were filthy. Covered in dirt and smell like mildew. Had to drive an additional 25 minutes to pick up the dolly. Checked myself in online and did not receive a call 24 hours in advance to confirm.Nathaniel C.

Shit was awful, looked ghetto as hell.. people were smoking inside the building it stunk of cigarettes the guys were playing video games and watching movies and weren't even helping customers. I had to go purchase a hitch and an adapter because they weren't provided for me, the guy told me to get the wrong type of adapter so I had to go back like twice to find the forest one for my car..! Stupid fucking idiot I was gonna be nice about this review butâ€¦ nah! Fuck UHUAL and fuck those lousy sons a bitches who work for y'all pussy ass hoe ass niggas. Weak ass trailers, y'all some hoes. When I went to pick up my reserved truck and equipment, the equipment (moving blankets and dolly) were not inside the truck. There were no employees at the pickup site at the time I was there, so I had to take the truck without the equipment to stay on schedule, and was forced to pay for the â€œuseâ€ of the equipment. This was not the original site I had requested for pick up and I had included a set of moving blankets but this particular site did not have them. I'm sure the other site would have since it was actually a Uhaul storage business. They obviously removed them from my bill, but we really could have used them and I didn't want to take the time to drive to the other location.Michelle K.

Car salvage business is not a good location for Uhaul. The employees were not customer friendly, and had very little business sense. It took more than an hour to complete the transaction. The customer representative put the wrong due date on the contract. When I arrived to drop off (El Paso to Austin) the receiving Uhaul representative was going to charge me triple late fee. I had to explain that I had just driven 12 hours from El Paso and that it was not a local transfer. I will not use this location again.Michael M.
