The truck was dirty and used. There were used qtips in the back and dirt and blankets all over the place. The guy never showed up then tells me over the phone that he would take a copy of my id and call me for payment and to explain drop off because the Systems were down. I never received a call. I had to reach out to customer service. Horrible experience
