Charged me 311, when I only had a trailer for 24hrs. Quite steep considering.

MYRA BApp did not work in this location either Left Truck, took pics, left key in box, but 20 hours after leaving truck, the truck had not been reported as being turned in I rented an appliance dolly and worried that it might get stolen

Eric BIt’s a junkyard and a maintenance facility that also does Uhaul. Very very tight and constrained space— no room to drive in and it’s a dirty/sandy lot with equipment strewn everywhere. They waited 1.5 business days to finally check in the dolly I returned to them.

Jordan AI did an after hours dropoff here so there was no interaction with anyone, but the location didn't have enough space to park, it was dark, and although there was a gate around the maintenance/junk yard, there were multiple dogs barking and trying to get out of the gate to me.

Hernan HI turned in the vehicle on Friday the 23rd around 0930 MST. As of Sunday at noon it still wasn’t checked in. I felt the need to contact Uhaul and had to forward the issue to the regional manager. I also spoke with Patrick at the pickup location and informed him of the drop off location condition. Eastside Auto Sales is literally a “junkyard” with no customer parking on the side of a very busy highway. It makes question if Uhaul is the right company to use in the future. If Uhaul will let a company like Eastside Auto Sales represent them, then I’m not sure I want to be affiliated with Uhaul in the future.

jesus bThe place look like a junkyard you couldn't even move around I had to help them unhook the trailer and push it in place because there's no way a park in the trailer in your yard. But the employees were very nice and helpful.
Darron THe said it was a third quarter of a tank and when I got in and drove away I realized it had less than half a tank. I only drove 10 miles so how is that even possible

jesus rThe workers were very helpful when I was not informed that I had two different drop off locations since the U-Haul representative did not inform me that no one would be at my pick up location to help me with my tow dolly, which led me to having to go to a different location and somehow getting a new drop off location for that equipment. He helped me through the process of how to correct the issue and was patient.
Annisiea DMy concern here is that after I drop the vehicle off I received a phone call stating that the check engine light was on if this was going to be an issue during drop off then why did the initial location let me take it while the check engine light was on I explained to that staff member that the sending facility said it wasn't a problem. Perhaps notes like these should be entered into the system by both facilities so they are aware of the state of the equipment
ROBERT BWe could not drop off after hours as all gates were closed and locked. The young employees didn’t want to take the trailer the following day because at that point one of the tires became flat. He asked if we had insurance and said we’d have to call Road side assistance - there was no damage to trailer (so why ask about insurance) and why would we need Road side assistance if we are at Ute drop off location? Finally he agreed to check the trailer in and said we’d get an email. We did not get an email and had to call twice in order for them to confirm our drop off

James ZThe location we delivered was slated as a 24/7 drop off; however, the location had very little parking space available and I struggled to locate a safe location to park a 15 foot truck with a car trailer.
Peter Jhard to find a place to park the truck, too many vehicles in the way, nobody around to get paperwork done or get a receipt for truck, i will file formal proceedings as to the safety of the truck and the extreme conditions we had to endure during the trip.
Damon GWhen I turned in the truck, they didn’t check it in on time. And I got a call from uhaul asking if I turned it in. I told them I turned it in the day before at 1:30. I finally got my paper work from the rental through email and the location said I returned it at 7:30 which wasn’t true. They didn’t refund me for returning it early and they charged me extra for the miles instead of balancing it out with the early return. I would give this place a zero and have someone else take over their uhauls. Worst experience ever.

Sandra PLet people know that if it is closed to please return via online. The posting was his behind a pole and a big tire. We waited and kept calling so we could return the truck but after 2 hours my grandson noticed the return post then we returned the truck. Had we known that they would be closed then we would have done it as soon as we arrived. Thank you. Otherwise, they were professional and polite.
blanca zOne improvement, would be a detailed sign displayed large enough to find. Especially, during low light or early night time. The convenience of this location was great if the tenants of the house didn’t have issues leaving on time. No fault of UHaul, just unseen circumstances. Great employee assisted me backing in the car trailer. Thanks
pablo rThe business is pretty packed with vehicles and equipment, making maneuvering a bit difficult, but the employees were exceptionally helpful, which more than makes up for the lack of space.
